Beautiful ranch on 238 acre private all-sports Fair Lake. Great fishing, southernmost lake to have nesting loons. 2bedrooms, 1 TV room, 2 full baths, gorgeous hardwood floors throughout main floor. Best view of the lake. Fireplace in living room, which is open to dining area and kitchen. Walkout basement with workshop area. Private dock. Enjoy a fire next to the lake with incredible view.
