Perfect location and comfortable stay

King bed is very comfortable. Place was clean and perfect for 2 of us. We enjoyed the pool.

Great location

Nicely remodeled with great private pool area. Great location to the beach and Pine Ave. Only complaint would be the grill, we thought it was a gas grill however it was actually charcoal but we made it work. We would rent again.

Beach vacation

Such a great rental! There was a plumbing issue with our rental and Duncan got us into another rental immediately, and the other rental was super nice, it was an excellent stay! The place had everything we needed! Can't wait to come back!!

The property was very clean. The pool was clean and well kept. Is walking distance form the beach and the Pier.

Great location

Great location for a clean place that was just as advertised. Communication was good and would recommend the place to anyone. The door lock was a little tricky until we called for support and the sliding alarm was disruptive.

Value Property in a great location

Great location however the property needs a few more updates. Kitchen dishes seemed worn, difficult to cook on and seating in living room was tight for 4 people. If we would have had 4 adults, we would not have fit. Limited beach gear, so bring your own. Overall, location and other amenities like the private pool made it a good value.

Nice little bungalow!

This was a very clean, newly renovated place with a lovely little pool in the back. It looks smaller on the outside than inside. The inside was very nicely appointed with all the kitchen items needed. The beds were also very nice. The outside, while clean, could use some updating as compared to other properties nearby. The deck out back needs replaced. One of our family members even fell through a tiny bit because it is rotten. The biggest issue for us was the air conditioning unit. We were constantly sopping up water and not just a bit here and there. We had to ring out full size towels. Given the directions by the thermostat and the evidence on the woodwork, this is a known issue. We spent a good chunk of time dealing with this. Overall, I would highly recommend for the price if they would resolve these few minor issues.

Relaxing Getaway - ideal location

Everything was great! Updated interior, private pool was awesome, close to shops, restaurants, beach and bay! Quiet. Only thing I can add is that we drive right past it- could use a little curb appeal - otherwise would re t again!

Awesome location and pool was key!

Great place— nice inside and plenty of space for a family of four. Highly recommend. Walking distance to beach and everything Anna Maria island has to offer. They should probably just remove the outdoor grill as it was dirty and it would have been nice to have more supplies when we arrived— salt/pepper, toilet paper, etc... but I am just reaching. Great place.

Almost perfect

I loved this property and location with only a few recommendations for improvement. First would be replacing the wooden decking by the pool, it seems like a serious risk for splinters or foot injuries to someone coming out of the pool barefoot. Secondly I found the kitchen to be woefully under stocked. Even though I don’t want to spend time cooking on vacation some might want to save some of that expense. Overall I could move in permanently to this property and live happily ever after.
