Villa Edenvic is located in a private and secure estate in Théoule-sur-Mer, facing the Mediterranean, with direct access from the estate to the Calanque des Deux Frères.
The property enjoys an exceptional panoramic view: the Cap d'Antibes and the Lérins Islands on one side, Pierre Cardin's Palais Bulles on the other, and the sea as far as the eye can see.
Surrounded by a 2,600 m² Mediterranean garden, the villa has 100 m² of terraces and a private swimming pool of 13 × 3 m overlooking the sea. A quiet and preserved environment where you can enjoy breakfast on the terrace as well as swimming in the pool or in the creek.
The 105 m² house is fully air-conditioned. On the ground floor, the living room, the dining room and the equipped kitchen form a large living space open to the terrace and the sea thanks to the large bay windows.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms with sea views: two bedrooms with 160 × 200 cm beds and one bedroom with two 90 × 200 cm beds, as well as a bathroom and a shower room.
The villa also has fibre, a garage and parking spaces.
About 15 km from Cannes and at the gateway to the Estérel massif, Villa Edenvic allows you to enjoy the Côte d'Azur while rediscovering the calm of the sea and a private domain.
