2-room apartment on the outskirts of Hamburg - wallbox - top equipment

The apartment is located on the first floor of a detached house in a quiet yet central location in the south of Pinneberg near the park city.

It can be occupied by a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.



The apartment is rented since 2013 and has been completely refurbished.

It consists of a combined living / dining room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.

The kitchen is also equipped with water cooker, toaster and nespresso machine (capsules at landlords), coffee machine, blender, blender and microwave as well as all necessary things for self-catering.

The living area has a sofa bed, with a lying area of ​​150x200cm.
The bedroom is equipped with my double bed.

Kurzurlaub nahe Hamburg

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, hat aber durch die S-Bahn und Busse eine perfekte Anbindung an Hamburg. Mit großer Sorgfalt ist die Ferienwohnung ausgestattet. Es ist alles nur Denkbare reichlich vorbereitet. Die Gastgeberin unterstützt bei allen Fragen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit guter Aufteilung

Unser Aufenthalt zu viert( 2 Erwachsen plus 2 Kinder 7/9 Jahre alt war sehr schön und angenehm. Die Couch zum ausklappen ist sehr gemütlich und reicht für Kinder und Jugendliche definitiv aus. Es war in der Wohnung sauber. Bis auf den Kühlschrank, wo Kerne von Paprika lagen. Fand es nicht so schlimm, hab es kurz ausgewischt. Die Wohnung war nahezu perfekt. Die Eigentümerin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Entfernung war mit einer halben Std. Zu den Landungsbrücken anehmbar. Mit der Bahn oder mit dem Bus ginge es, aber mit den Kindern, war es uns zu viel. Alles in allem war es ein sehr gellungener Aufenthalt

Noch angenehmer als Bebildert

Es war alles in allem ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich. Sehr interessiert am Wohl des Gastes und daran den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten und dennoch angemessen distanziert. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend, ab vom Schuss und gleichzeitig alles erreichbar. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in wenigen Minuten in den Randbezirken von Hamburg und in ca. 20 bis 25 Minuten in Altona, an den Landungsbrücken, St. Pauli, Reeperbahn, Jungfernstieg, Alster usw. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut zum verweilen. Wir haben geschlafen wie ein Stein bzw. zwei Steine. Alles nötige ist auch vorhanden (mit Ausnahme von Lebensmitteln, is klar) Achtung jetzt kommt der obligatorische Satz: schade das man nur 5 🌟 vergeben kann. Definitiv mehr verdient.

Toller Aufenthalt

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in einer wunderschön und hochwertig eingerichteten Wohnung, die sehr schön ruhig in einer Spiel Straße im grünen gelegen ist. Sollten wir wieder nach Hamburg kommen, werden wir sicherlich wieder hier übernachten. Die Vermieter sind super nett und kümmern sich sehr gut um alles.

Pinneberg at it‘s best

Wir hatten nach einer einfachen Unterkunft für ein langes Wochenende mit Konzertbesuchen gesucht… Gefunden haben wir eine Ferienwohnung mit absoluter Vollausstattung in einer Toplage. Selten so toll gewohnt auf Reisen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gaben Tipps für weitere Veranstaltungen und Lokalitäten. Das wird sicherlich eine Wiederholung finden.

Sehr sauber und top ausgestattet

Es hat alles gepasst, vom freundlichen Empfang bis zur Abreise alles bestens. Die Wohnung war sauber und es ist alles da was man braucht, inkl Kaffee, Salz, Seife, Ofen, Waschmaschine, Spüli etc. Etwas abgelegen aber das nimmt man gerne in Kauf.

Alles wie erwartet -Top! Gerne wieder beim nächsten Hamburg-Besuch.

Wurden sehr freundlich von der Vermieterin empfangen und auch direkt mit ein paar "Insider-Tips" versorgt. Schön war, dass in der Wohnung bereits sämtlicher Kleinkram (Spülmittel, Handseife, Toilettenpapier, Dusch- und Handtücher, ... ) kostenlos vorhanden war, sogar Kaffeekapseln von Nespresso - das ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit und ein kleines bisschen Luxus. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, liegt in einer verkehrsberuhigten Zone und ist modern eingerichtet. Die Betten weich, aber für uns passten sie gut, wir haben gut geschlafen. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man sowohl mit Bus und S-Bahn als auch mit dem Fahrrad tolle Touren machen. Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte und tolle Zeit dort. Vielen Dank Frau Pirsig! PS: Einziger, kleiner Kritikpunkt war die Dusche: Vielleicht könnte man den Duschkopf einmal entkalten oder erneuern? Das Wasser spritzte überall hin, nur nicht auf den Körper bzw. hatte generell auch "keinen Druck" und zudem war dann bei der modernen offenen Duschkabine ständig der Badvorleger ziemlich nass.
