Located in the hyper centre, it is the ideal base to discover Thonon-Les-Bains and its surroundings with your family or during a spa treatment. A stone's throw from the train station, 7 minutes walk from the thermal baths, close to all amenities and the lake. Leave your car in the closed and secure garage of the building and enjoy your stay on foot.<br>The accommodation<br>After dropping off your car in the garage in the basement of the building, go up to the 3rd floor with the lift.<br>You can leave your jacket and shoes in the entrance to discover a charming apartment of 36m2 whose living room has a TV, Wifi, a dining area for 4 people and a sofa bed with 2 real mattresses of 80x200. The living room opens onto a large balcony bathed in sunlight with an unobstructed view and overlooking the back of the building.<br>From the living room, the white glass roof gives a glimpse of the bedroom perfectly soundproofed by a quality glass roof with a real swinging door. The curtains in the bedroom will allow you to enjoy all the privacy you need during a trip with others.<br>You can sleep in a double bed of 140x190, put your belongings and store your suitcases in a very large wardrobe. The comfort bedding is new and the bed will be made on your arrival. Sheets for the 2 beds (80x200) of the sofa bed will be provided for a reservation of more than 2 people.<br>a travel cot and a high chair are available for your little one.<br>Linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), coffee and tea offered to start your stay.<br>The kitchen is equipped to make your stay as pleasant as at home: Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, fridge and microwave oven. You will find the usual utensils and condiments (salt, pepper, oil, sugar, tea, herbal tea...).<br>The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, a toilet and a washing machine with detergent.<br>Cleaning is reinforced to welcome you safely.<br>Traveller access<br>Central area, very close to the train station, market, bars and restaurants.<br>A 7-minute walk from the thermal establishment, this accommodation is ideal for our spa friends.<br>All shops are nearby. A medium-sized supermarket is also within walking distance.<br>Other remarks<br>We do not charge cleaning fees and want to keep the accommodation as clean as it was when we arrived. However, we disinfect the entire accommodation between each stay.<br>You can find a welcome binder to give you useful details about the accommodation and its accessories. I am of course also at your disposal if necessary.
