The accommodation
Beautiful modern villa facing south located 200 m from the sea, and access on foot to the large beach, the most beautiful in Brétignolles-sur-Mer.
You can observe the sea from its terrace upstairs.

This beach is famous for its SURF spot. Brétignolles-sur-Mer is a family seaside resort, located between St Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and Les Sables d'Olonne. It is located in a residential area, quiet and your tranquility is assured.

The villa is composed of:
- 1 house: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 of which have toilets, living room, kitchen, terrace, pergola, barbecue and garden furniture that can accommodate up to 12 people

- 1 small house that can accommodate 2 to 4 people composed of a bedroom, 1 bathroom with toilet, and a living room kitchen, a sofa bed with a real quality mattress, and has its own terrace with its outdoor furniture. Each has total autonomy and well equipped.

The villa offers the possibility of bringing all the family members together in one place and you can eat all together inside or outside the large house, or separately.
Ground floor: 3 bedrooms
1 bedroom with double bed (Master suite with bathroom-Italian shower), opens onto a beautiful terrace and a garden.
1 second master suite overlooking the garden, with bathroom, Italian shower and WC) composed of queen size bed 160X200,
and 1 bedroom with a 90X190 bunk bed, giving access to the same bathroom.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms
1 bedroom with 1 double bed, and 1 single bed, opening onto a beautiful terrace, and
1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, with changing table. The 2 bedrooms open into the bathroom with bath and toilet.

The living room with equipped kitchen, has a beautiful opening of 3m, and opens onto a beautiful south-facing terrace and a garden designed to relax.
Its garden and south-facing terrace, with a barbecue for your fences, will fill you with absolute rest.
