SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Primary Bedroom: King bed with comfortable linens, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, dresser storage, and beautiful Old River and Ono Island bay views through large windows. Wake up to boats drifting past and morning light sparkling on the water.
Guest Bedroom: Queen bed plus twin-over-twin bunk beds (sleeps 4 total). Quality linens on all beds, shared hall bathroom access, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and ample closet space with hanging rods and shelves. Perfect configuration for families with kids or flexible group arrangements.

LIVING SPACES
The open-concept living area welcomes you with comfortable seating for 6, large sliding glass doors framing Old River and Ono Island views, and a flat-screen TV with cable for entertainment. Tile flooring throughout makes beach sand cleanup easy. The space flows naturally from living to dining to kitchen, making it perfect for groups to gather while some cook, others relax, and everyone enjoys the water views.
The dining area seats 6 comfortably at a table with natural light from the glass doors. Perfect for family meals featuring your fresh-caught fish or takeout from Orange Beach's excellent restaurants. You're close enough to the balcony that someone can run out to check the sunset while everyone else hangs out at the table.
KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen features light wood cabinetry with serious storage space, tile countertops with room to spread out, and a complete suite of stainless steel appliances including full-size refrigerator with ice maker, electric range and oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The Keurig coffee maker lets you brew exactly what you want each morning—bring your favorite K-cups.
Complete cookware includes pots and pans in multiple sizes, dishes and glassware for your whole group, and all the utensils, spatulas, and gadgets you need. The kitchen also includes toaster, blender for frozen drinks, and enough cabinet space to hold groceries for a week-plus stay. You can cook real meals here—the layout actually makes sense for vacation cooking.

LAUNDRY & CONVENIENCES
Full-size washer and dryer in the unit means you can pack light, wash beach towels and sandy clothes every few days, and keep everything fresh for longer stays. No lugging dirty laundry to shared facilities or spending vacation time at laundromats. Storage throughout the condo includes hall closets for beach gear, kitchen pantry space for groceries, bedroom closets with ample hanging and shelf space, and under-sink bathroom storage.

Dedicated boat/trailer/jet ski parking available with advance HOA registration (minimum 7 days before check-in, limited spaces, $50/day or $300/week + $50 service fee). Watercraft storage areas for extended stays.
Pools: Two outdoor pools give you options daily—Gulf-front pool with beach views and spacious sundeck, or bayfront pool overlooking Old River where you can watch boats while swimming.
