The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher with detergent and turn on before leaving 2. Take all trash to the dumpster directly across from Summit Building D
3. Please return PARKING PASSES to hooks in mud room. (if applicable) Please contact me if you forget to return them.
4. Please put all used towels in the bathroom tub. All bedding can be left on the beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No pets, but service animals are always welcome. Please let us know ahead so we can notify the HOA.
Anyone staying who is not on the reservation is $50 per person per night. The shared HOA fire pit is between the C and B buildings.
Smoking and vaping outside only, away from doors and decks. Leave no cigarette butts. Any smoke smell inside the home is a $500 fee.

We had a great long weekend in Showshoe for my son’s bike race. The condo was just what we needed and stocked with more supplies than we expected! All communication with the host was fantastic and instructions for check in and check out were clear. If we go back to Snowshoe next year, we will definitely try to book with Wanderluxe!

Family Ski

This was a great location to stay with our multi generation family. Great space to gather for games and meals after skiing. Plus easy access to slopes and restaurants. Really loved the western view sunsets! Thanks for making a great home away from home.

We were surprised to see this mentioned in the review, as it was not reported to us at any point during your stay, and we had not received this concern from any previous guests. We contacted our cleaning team immediately, and they inspected the shower curtain. They advised that the discoloration appeared to be iron staining rather than black mold; however, we have replaced the curtain regardless. Had we been notified during your stay, we would have gladly sent someone over right away to inspect and resolve the issue. We take cleanliness very seriously and always appreciate the opportunity to address concerns promptly.

Excellent location and host!

Our trip and stay at this location could not have been better! Our host, Austin, was extremely communicative and provided excellent instructions for our stay. Everything was super smooth and convenient. The condo was perfect for our needs (6 adults) and completely accurate from the description. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and hope to do so again in the near future!

Great condo & awesome location

The condo was as advertised and communication with the home owner was on point. The location was very nice with quick access to the Snowshoe village. The condo building had an outside bike washing station, which was a very nice amenity for a summer MTB adventure. Overall, my family had a great experience.

Family Trip to Snowshoe

Our family greatly enjoyed this three-bedroom property for a quick ski weekend to Snowshoe. Our host provided everything we needed (plenty of linens, towels and kitchen wares) to enjoy our stay. He also provided great communication throughout the weekend. The property is just outside the Village, but the slopes are easily accessible by foot or car.

Great condo with everything!

The condo is newly renovated with everything you need. Plenty of space to spread out and super comfortable. And super clean! Short walk to the village, super convenient with parking - that can be difficult to find near the village. We had a blast and will definitely be back. Austin was super helpful and incredibly responsive. Awesome place! Highly recommend!

Had a great stay at Austin's Condo

This host obviously takes a lot of pride in his condo here @ Snowshoe. It's very nicely updated and well maintained. His communication was quick and on point, and was readily available via cell, though we did not need him for anything. We will be back!

Convenient and cozy!

The summit condo was in a great location to go into the village for food and close to the slopes! Our little kids weren’t too into skiing but there was plenty of entertainment between going to what they called the snow mountain in front of Starbucks to the indoor playground at the mountain lodge and of course the indoor pool at split rock pools. The rooms were comfortable and clean and had a great kitchen and living room setup. The pullout bed in the living room was very comfortable for my daughter to sleep on! Would definitely stay here again! Austin was quick to respond with any issues or questions we had. Thanks for a great family trip!
