The villa is very pleasant to live in, it is practical and really suitable for a summer holiday.

2 bedrooms on the ground floor (10m2) with direct access to the terrace for one of them. Chests of drawers and wardrobes in each of them.

1 master suite upstairs with a small terrace-balcony and its breathtaking view of the tourist village of Toutour, with its bathroom, shower and adjoining toilet.

Plenty of storage space in all bedrooms, chests of drawers and wardrobes.

On the ground floor, a bathroom with 2 sinks, with walk-in shower.

The kitchen is functional and fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave oven, mini oven, toaster, juicer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, classic coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, dryer....).

The garden and the swimming pool are maintained by professionals all year round. No intervention to be planned for the tenants.

The swimming pool measures 11mx4.5m with a unique depth of 1.40m. Children should always swim under the supervision and responsibility of adults.

Chantal, our concierge will take care of your reception, she is the one who will give you your 2 sets of keys and present you the villa and its options. She will manage the cleaning before/after your stay. She lives in the village. (not on site, but remains reachable just in case).

However, we are counting on you to return the house in the condition in which you received it.

For any problem during your holiday, we can intervene on site and are available for you.
