Such a beautiful condo! It has so much space and is the perfect spot for a getaway!The owner was very attentive and the communication was great! Very clean and beautifully decorated!

It was a wonderful and nice place to stay. The only thing that was not clean was the couch cover. Everything else was very clean and was a beautiful place to stay.

This property is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Beautifully decorated and fully furnished with everything needed for an extended stay. We enjoyed the convenience and amenities of Carillon Village. Management team is extremely responsive!

We had a wonderul family vacation. Perfect for 2-3 families. The condo was clean, well equipped, and the appliances and furnishings were top notch. Easy drive to Panama City and 30A if looking for something to do. We enjoyed an arcade and putt-putt in Panama City and dinner and shopping in 30A. The pools were clean and conveniently located. The beach was a short 5 minute walk. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. Honestly, we loved everything about it and it was a great stay. We highly recommend it and plan to go back.

It was definitely was one of our best trips in this peaceful condo & town.

We had an amazing week at the beach, enjoying the charming little town, unique shops, Church and the peaceful safety of a private shoreline. We can’t wait to back.The inside of the condo was very spacious and clean, functional & had amazing view's out on the spacious balcony & the little town is so friendly.

This was easily my favorite vacation rental stay to date. The property was even better than described. So convenient to park right out front by the elevator and it drops you right at your condo front door. The place is gigantic and beautiful with a perfect patio for grilling and eating or having morning coffee. We rented a golf cart, which was seamless and fun, but definitely not a necessity. The beach access was close. The entire Carillon property is gorgeous and convenient. One of our favorite amenities is the uncrowded, resort size pool and spas steps from the building. If you’re on the fence-don’t be. The stay is worth every penny!

Gorgeous Updated Condo ~ So Cozy and Comfortable!

We had the best week at this beautiful 3-bedroom condo in Carillon Beach! The view from the 3rd-floor balcony overlooking the private lake was so peaceful, and the short walk to the beach made it even better! The beds were super comfy and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for the week. You can tell the owners have thought of all the little details. We felt right at home and can’t wait to come back again!

Perfect Family Getaway!

This was such an amazing week for our family! The condo was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. There were eight of us in total, and not once did we feel crowded. The open layout of the living room, kitchen, and dining area made it the perfect space for everyone to relax, talk, and spend quality time together. I especially loved the big TV and surround sound in the living room—such a great touch for watching Netflix at night. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

PERFECT Bach Weekend Condo

My girlfriends and I absolutely loved everything about our stay at this beautiful condo! We were celebrating my bachelorette weekend and the spacious layout fit all 8 of us so comfortably. The condo was spotless, beautifully updated and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. We also loved that the Inlet Beach shops and restaurants were only about a mile away….super easy to get to! Carillon Beach community is peaceful, safe and has so much to offer! Highly, highly recommend this condo for any girls’ trip, bachelorette party or beach escape!

Best Family Vacation Ever!

We had an amazing week at Carillon Beach! WBR Sunset 302 did not disappoint. The condo was perfect for us! We have stayed in several of their properties and have enjoyed each of them. WBR is excellent with communication. It was wonderful to arrive at the condo and see how clean it was and everything was in it's place. We miss it already, and plan to return! Amazing apartment with great location!

We love Carillon Beach Resort! Very quiet, but still close to everything. Private not overcrowded beach, pools and Little Cafe is must for lunch or breakfast! Apartment was huge, clean with beautiful lake view! Definitely planning to come back again.

Spacious and great view!

The condo was very spacious for me and my husband, my 3 young kids, and my husband’s parents. The view of the lake from the balcony is so beautiful and gorgeous at sunset. Our only complaint was that although the floors were swept when we arrived, they were not mopped and were very filthy. Also, not enough blankets for all beds. The neighborhood is so charming!

Really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was really clean, and looked exactly like the pictures. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very large. The kitchen and living room were plenty big enough as well. We were visiting friends who lived in Carillon so this made it very easy for us to spend time with everyone. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the condo!

This condo is beautiful, so spacious. It was perfect for our family. We love the community as well. It is great to go on walk everyday and look at all the beautiful home. It is so close to the beach and all the pools are beautiful. We will come back to this condo again.

We love Carillon. This condo is very spacious with a fabulous view. Plenty of room for our family of 4 adults. We had a wonderful stay here. Management company is very attentive. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again!
