About this property

Between Uzès and Pont du Gard, a haven of peace with swimming pool

A few minutes from the Duchy of Uzès our property consists of a main house on one level with a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and toilet, a shower room . 1 separate wc. (We provide you with 2 towels per person and kitchen towels. If you also want to enjoy the bed linen, a package of 115 € will be asked on arrival. Around the pool with salt 10 x 5 with paddling pool, there are 2 independent bungalows with double beds, bathroom and toilet. The enclosed land is planted with oaks, arbutus, olive trees and bamboo and a beautiful terrace waiting for you to enjoy the sun! A gas plancha, a large umbrella and many sunbeds complete the set. A few steps from the river Le Gardon, surrounded by nature, you can also enjoy a golf course in Uzès, beautiful hiking trails, a canoe ride, visit the site of the Pont du Gard or the famous market of Uzès. Nîmes: 30 minutes, Avignon: 35 minutes, Anduze: 50 minutes, Montpellier: 1 hour

Excellent séjour, accueil sympathique, maison propre et agréable. Il ne manque rien dans la cuisine, et le deuxième frigo à l’extérieur est bien pratique.Toutes les chambres sont agréables, la climatisation de toutes les pièces est un gros plus pour les adeptes. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine. Gros plus pour la localisation : Collias est un joli village, et la maison est très proche du gardon à pied, pour se baigner pour un départ de canoë. Plein de balades à pied de la maison, réalisables malgré la chaleur, car les sentiers sont souvent ombragés (beaucoup de verdure malgré la chaleur). Le coin est très sympa proche de Uzès, Saint-Quentin de la poterie… Gare de Nîmes à proximité.Bref séjour parfait entre amis et en famille. Je recommande vivement

WE ENTRE AMIS

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis. La piscine, la plancha et les espaces détente offrent tout ce qu’il faut pour profiter pleinement. Laure et Joss, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et toujours disponibles en cas de besoin. Je recommande vivement ce petit coin de paradis ! MERCI

Schöner Gruppenurlaub mit viel Platz

Wir waren als fünfköpfige Freundesgruppe dort: es ist viel Platz vorhanden, jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage und bis auf zwei Zimmer, die sich ein frei zugängliches Bad (Dusche und Toilette getrennt) teilen hat jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad.Wir durften früher als geplant in das Haus, was großartig war. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Es ist sehr ruhig, dennoch ist man in zehn Minuten zu Fuß in der kleinen Stadt, in der es mehrere Restaurants sowie einen kleinen aber Recht gut sortierten Lebensmittelladen gibt.

Vacances en famille

Il faisait si chaud que nous n’avons pas eu envie de quitter les lieux. La piscine a eu un grand succès. La climatisation nous a permis de rester jouer (belote, tarot, rummikub etc… ) et lire à l’intérieur. La seule sortie fut pour faire du canoë et les courses tôt le matin. Toute la famille a été heureuse de vivre cette semaine ensemble.

Une oasis de fraîcheur au pays des cigales

Située à moins de 100 mètres de la rivière où vous vous prélassez ou,plus sportifs, vous empruntez un kayak ( 300 mètres ) , cette jolie villa de famille magnifiquement équipée pour les gourmets vous attend avec sa jolie piscine pour des retrouvailles familiales après les toutes proches explorations de la région : sa situation géographique est en effet exceptionnelle pour découvrir l’Occitanie, son histoire, ses marchés, ses cigales et le charme de l’accent chantant de ses joyeux habitants !!!

Très bon contact avec Laure, elle a répondu à toutes mes questions rapidement! La maison était nickel et grande. Les deux « bungalows » sont vraiment un plus ! Séjour très agréable, lieux très propres, literie parfaite, environnement très calme, la propriétaire s'est démenée pour nous fournir un matériel qu'on avait oublié. Les deux petits chalets on été appréciés, trop tôt dans la saison pour utiliser la piscine, dommage. La villa est conforme à la description... Bref tout est bien .
