About this property

Private Napa Valley Vineyard Estate

This is the quintessential “old Napa” vineyard estate home. Set on ten acres of vineyards and gardens, consisting of two bedrooms and two baths, one down stairs and one up stairs, located off of the famed Silverado Trail with views from every window and every angle. The parcel is set amongst hundreds of acres of vineyards and its vineyard produces grapes for one of the valley’s most exclusive labels. The home is tastefully furnished with art and furnishings from our world travels and the kitchen is equipped by former restaurateur with everything you’ll need to prepare your Napa feast, including a wood fired oven.

Great spot!
What a great house, and property, we rented for a month and we’re so pleased. The owner was very accommodating, he even made us a fantastic dinner. I love to cook and the kitchen was well appointed as was the entire house. The bonus for my husband and I was the dogs! We are big dog lovers and decided to leave our girl home this trip, Mark has a lovely girl he shared with us! Thanks Mark, we can’t wait to come back!

Former Napa valley chef/restaurateur so the kitchen is well equipped. Since these are the tools of my trade, I ask that you kindly respect them and return them to their designated places. The home is furnished with art and artifacts from my world travels and is my home when I’m not traveling.

Why they chose this property

Privacy, seclusion, and comfort. This property has it all and since it was developed long before the masses discovered Napa Valley, it’s set back off of the road and away from road noise. Here, you I’ll experience the Napa Valley of advertising brochures and magazines with unfettered access to vineyards, views and the Napa lifestyle...and it’s real, not staged. If a peaceful escape to the wine country is your goal, you simply will not find a better home or location. And since I do travel quite a lot, I know what to look for and what to avoid in a vacation rental, I guarantee no disappointments here. But do be aware, this is an old Napa property and as such, you need to be mindful of things like fire place usage and wastewater disposal system.

What makes this property unique

Breathtaking Views, walks around the vineyard and the true Napa experience.
