About this property

Charming cozy cottage on historic numbered streets

This delightful home is a comfy, clean place to unwind, relax and enjoy a restful night sleep in the king bed, two queen beds and a double bed.
After the keypad entry, you will find a place to put your shoes in a wooden shoe tray just inside the door. The entire house is renovated and very nicely decorated. You will find hardwood floors throughout the main level and hexagon-tiled floors in the kitchen. Downstairs is wall-to-wall new carpeting. On the main floor is a kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms; downstairs are two more bedrooms and a laundry room. The neighborhood is very quiet. In the back you will find a large tree in the center with a tree swing, covered patio with a gas grill and a beautifully manicured lawn, which is fully fenced. Three cars will easily fit in the driveway with another on the street if needed. Overall a very wonderful place to stay!
There are 2 dressing tables in 2 of the bedrooms for multiple areas to get ready.

Such a cute, cool house! It had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. The kitchen was well stocked for what we needed it for (there is no dishwasher, but we didn’t mind that), and despite there being only one bathroom, there was plenty of hot water and towels for everyone. The house was comfy and perfect for the 5 of us. We would happily stay here again!

It was incredibly clean and well kept, warm during midwinter, comfortable, and centralized/close to many things to do and places to eat. This is a darling and comfortable little home. We had a very quick stay, just one night and didn't spend much time there. Very clean and was stocked with the things we needed... so great to be able to throw a load of wash in and that there was an iron and ironing board available. Kitchen provided the necessities as well. The vanity in the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms were especially convenient! Worked great for my daughter and I to get ready in the morning, since there were 5 of us and one bathroom. We enjoyed our stay!

True to the property name we found it both charming and cozy! One of our grown kids said they would love to have a similar property one day (they especially loved the charming anf cozy basement rooms). Wonderfully decorated and extremely utility with a variety of kitchen and laundry appliances. Owners provide clear and detailed information for check-in and check-out. Very convenient location if visiting IDF Temple, BYUI in Rexburg, Museum of Idaho, Swan Valley, Craters of the Moon & INL sites (last two listed are open in the summer), etc. You will not be disappointed!
