Cosy Farmhouse accommodation with 9 bedrooms. Situated in the centre of Ireland, perfect location for basing yourself to explore all of Ireland. The guesthouse is based on a family run farm with a wide selection of woodland and riverside walks, home to cats, dogs, horses and cattle!

Probably have the best riding school horses in the country for horse riding holidays.

Welcome to Annaharvey Farm Guesthouse & Equestrian Centre, Tullamore, home to the Deverell family for the past four generations.

The guesthouse accommodation is centered in the heart of the farm originally an old working barn home to cattle, it has been lovingly restored and decorated to provide a warm, welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for our accommodation guests.

Step in from outside and be welcomed into our accommodation by a log burning stove, sit and read a book in front of the fire, gaze out the window and watch horse and rider go by in preparation for a lesson or simply enjoy a cup of tea or a drink.

What we enjoy most is seeing guests come back year after year - they say its like coming home!

Fun, friendly, and peaceful farm

We really enjoyed Annaharvey as a home base for exploring central Ireland. Kids in our group loved the horse lessons available and the new spa on the ranch was a great add-on. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The rooms met our needs and the large seating areas provided space to hang out as a group and places for a quiet reading spot.

Great location but facilities were a little run down

Great location for daytripping. But house was cold and damp, kitchen was hard to cook in since much of the equipment was broken down. Only 2 fry pans were available and oven didn't have any racks. Was self catering very hard to cook for our large group. Luckily the local Irish people made our visit great.

Thanks for your response and we appreciate your feedback. If only you mentioned these concerns during your stay, we could have powered up our commercial kitchen equipment and adjusted the heating to your liking which would have helped you have a more enjoyable time.

Wedding in Ireland

Our son and and his bride hosted a beautiful wedding at The Village Barn in Tyrrellspass Co. offlay. Friends and family from the states attended. We were so fortunate to find Annaharvey Farm for our accommodations. We rented the entire house. It was perfect for our group! Nine bedrooms with private baths. Commercial style kitchen. Several lovely common spaces. The location was near of all our events and we easily traveled by taxi. Plus the property was beautiful - fields, paths, horses, cows and gardens. Several of us went horseback riding, too. I highly recommend Annaharvey as a wonderful place to stay while visiting the midlands. I hope to get back soon. Slainte!
