Just 3 blocks from the beach, 1 block to Bal Habour shops, and close to South Beach (15 minutes), Brickell, Design District, Wynwood and Aventura Mall (15 minutes). Home has 3 large sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), 4 off-street parking spots. 3 month minimum rental is required.
