VIVIENDA TURISTICA CON CODIGO ET / 2785 DEL GOBIERNO BALEAR = authorized house for tourist rental with license number ET / 2785 of the Balearic Government!

The approx. 65 sqm chalet was completely renovated 2 years ago. It has a modern bright interior and has two bedrooms. One with a futon bed, the other with 2 single beds. A modern shower room is in the middle of the two bedrooms. In the front area, the open, cozy living-kitchen-dining area has been designed. The small kitchen is fully equipped and offers a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.
The living area offers a flat screen TV with satellite system and radio as well as WiFi. There is a climate converter in the living area for summer and winter operation. The bedrooms have fans. Outside there is a wooden seating group, a parasol, a grill, washing machine and up to 4 loungers or Sun chairs available. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided by the owner.

Garten ist Schotter und kein Rasen

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt insgesamt zufrieden, allerdings ist der Garten nicht grün wie auf den Fotos sondern eine Schotter Wüste. Es sah frisch hergerichtet aus aber das geht in meinen Augen gar nicht. Wir fühlten uns getäuscht, hatten wir das Haus doch wegen des grünen Gartens ausgesucht. Die Lage ist top, unweit von Santanyi. Im Bad war der Geruch aus der Kanalisation fast jeden Tag sehr extrem, sollte sich mal jemand anschauen.An sich ein tolles kleines Häuschen mit großem Garten, wir müssten uns nur erstmal mit den Gegebenheiten arrangieren.

Gut Interkunft

Einfach nur gut und empfehlenswert. Es wäre aber für Gäste, die keine Ahnung von der Wasserqualität haben, einen Kanister Trinkwasser bereit zu stellen. Das wäre ein super guter Service!

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Das Häuschen liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und circa 15min zu Fuß von einer wunderschönen Bucht entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super und immer schnell. Die Ausstattung ist eher schlicht aber es war alles da. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Si buscas calma y tranquilidad, este es un buen lugar. Acceso próximo a calas y zonas de baño, posibilidad de excursiones, etc. La casa es ideal para 2 personas. Tiene todo lo necesario, y la vista desde la terraza es muy agradable. Únicamente falta un poco más de espacio con sombra en el jardín. Prácticamente no puede usarse durante el dia, y es una lástima

Bon Séjour à Cala Llombards

Charmante maison, avec un grand jardin et deux terrasses. Bien équipée, bien située, agréable. Des jeux pour les enfants à disposition. La clim dans la pièce principale est indispensable. Seul bémol, l'eau (robinet et douche) à une petite odeur. Il faudrait un deuxième ventilateur pour la seconde chambre. Enfin Silke est toujours disponible et la communication très fluide. Je recommande cette location. :)

Toller Urlaub

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, die kleinen Details in der Deko machen einen Unterschied. Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und hat auch mehr als ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck. Der Garten ist wirklich schön für die Kinder, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Rundum schöner Aufenthalt

Die Kommunikation vor dem Aufenthalt war unglaublich freundlich und unkompliziert. Auch der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war sehr angenehm. Tolle Ausstattung und gemütliches Flair. Zwischenzeitlich ist die Klimaanlage kaputt gegangen, auch darum kümmerte man sich direkt am nächsten Morgen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen

Die Unterkunft ist super für eine kleine Familie. Die Lage war sehr ruhig. Zur Steilküste sind es zu Fuss 1min. Zur Badebucht ca. 15min.

Gemütliches Häuschen

Schönes Haus mit großzügigem Garten und nur wenigen Schritten zum Strand. Die Küche könnte etwas umfangreicher (Toaster) ausgestattet werden, aber die Basics waren verhanden, Das neu renovierte Bad war sehr sauber und war gut ausgestattet. Die Abstimmung mit Frau Klee war super - wir hatten ein kleines technisches Problem, dass innerhalb von einer Stunde behoben war - Top!!

Falta de aire acondicionado en el hogar

Todo bien hasta que nos dimos cuenta que el aire acondicionado de la casa no funicionaba. Vino un tecnico que reviso el aire acondicionado y que recomendo al dueño cambiarlo, lo que no se hizo. Nos tuvieron en espera de otro tecnico, que nunca llego. La estadia no fue gratis y por lo menos algo se nos debio haber devuelto para recompensar. (No quisimos seguir reclamando para no estropear las vacaciones). Nos trajeron unos ventiladores, que no basto para tanta calor dentro de la vivienda. De tener la ventanas abiertas por la noche se llenaba de mosquitos la casa. El sitio es apropiado para familias con niños pero es necesario tener coche. En el pueblo existen dos minimarket que no ofrecen mucha varierad se sortimento. Para ir de compras hay que ir a Santanyi (5-6 km). La cala es muy linda y apta para familias. No es la primera vez que estamos en Mallorca y elegimos este lugar para ver algo nuevo. No nos arrepentimos, pero no volveremos ahi! Quizas sea para visitar la playa y nada mas! Saludos, Marcelo y familia desde Suecia!

Alles, was ein erholsamer Urlaub braucht!

Schönes und liebevoll ausgestattetes kleines Häuschen in sehr ruhiger Lage. Das Meer (Felsenküste ohne Bademöglichkeit) ist direkt "ums Eck", unser Lieblingsstrand mit cooler Strandbar in ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Stauraum in den Schlafzimmern für Sommerklamotten ausreichend vorhanden, die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer leistet hervorragende Arbeit und kühlt die Schlafzimmer angenehm mit. Einzig die Küche hat eine eher magere Ausstattung, was das Geschirr/Besteck betrifft (5 Messer, 5 kleine Teller für 4 Personen), da bleibt manchmal von Hand spülen trotz Spülmaschine nicht aus. Ansonsten Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, großer Kühlschrank mit TK-Fach - alles da. Uns hat es supergut gefallen, der Kontakt mit Frau Klee war unkompliziert und nett, wir können das Häuschen auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Ruhig, sauber und empfehlenswert

Sehr schön gelegen und sehr ruhig! Küchenausstattung könnte etwas üppiger sein, es sei denn man möchte die Spülmaschine jeden Tag nutzen. Sehr guter Service vom Vermieter. Ein defekter Kühlschrank wurde umgehend gegen einen Neuen getauscht! Dieses Domizil empfehlen wir gerne weiter!
