The kitchen is very equipped with small appliances, a large worktop, 3 induction hobs, a large fridge, toaster, traditional oven + microwave, dishwasher, fondue machine + raclette, Nespresso type coffee maker, kettle, new designer crockery, etc...

The terrace goes around the apartment and is about 45m2; it is accessed through the living room or the kitchen. The view is unobstructed.

The small bathroom has a beautiful shower cubicle of 1m 20, a sink with storage and mirror and a washing machine.
