We had a great girls weekend and would rent this property again. The access to the beach was a huge selling point along with everyone having their own room and bathroom.

Our host was fantastic and quick to respond. The views, gazebo area and minimal walk to the beach made this home amazing! There was plenty of room and the finishing were nice. My one negative is it could use a much better cleaning. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

Bermuda Trace has a perfect location on the beach and is newly remodeled. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved the gazebo with rocking chairs for relaxing near the ocean. We only had a few minor issues and the owners responded immediately and handled our requests right away. We hope to return in the future!

Great place. Very clean and plenty of space. Had everything we needed. Nothing better than rehashing the day of golf on the deck with your buddies and your favorite beverages. Host were very quick with replies to any questions. Hope to book here again next year!!!

Great Beachfront Stay!

Perfect location in OIB! House is really nice! Well stocked and organized! Hosts are very friendly and communicate quickly. Perfect place for a family vacation!

Perfect place to stay

This house is perfect. Super spacious, organized, and beautiful. Steps from the water was great with small children. The pool was a hit with the teens/kids. The owner was very nice and was always fast to respond. We loved that every room had its own bathroom and the gazebo sitting area was wonderful!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Lovely family weekend

Our family of 5 had a lovely long weekend at Bermuda Trace! The newly remodeled condo was very nice, plenty of space for all, lots of kitchen accessories, and the easy beach access was perfect for getting kids and all the gear to and from the beach! The only thing I would love to see next time we visit are some basic spices, olive oil, etc for cooking and perhaps a beach umbrella. The property owner was very nice and communicative as well. We will definitely be staying at this rental again!

Wonderful stay Ocean Isle

This property was exactly as advertised. The response from the owners was always immediate. The check in process was easy. The property was very clean. All appliances are state of the art. The open concept provided a great environment for the three families that stayed. Yet, everyone had their own separate bedroom and bathroom. Would definitely stay again and I give this rental 5 stars!

Excellent location

Overall we had a great time. We did have to clean the lint out of the back of the dryer (filled the canister of the vacuum) because it was not drying. Drain/fruit flies were everywhere. Property managers were very attentive and addressed all issues we called them about.

Ocean Isle

This is a great place just a couple things: 1) Some of the beach chairs are at the end of their life - 2 were broken and had to be thrown away due to the cut risk of the metal, 2) The water spots on the downstair bedroom ceiling look like mold - even if they are not its not comfortable sleeping under that. other wise it was a great place and a nice get away!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Bermuda Trace. The house was clean and roomy as described with lots of natural light, my family enjoyed the pool and the outdoor sitting areas. The location is amazing. Nothing beats staying at the beach on the beach. We loved the views from the front bedrooms and living area. One of our favorite perks was the nice beach chairs handily accessible on the walkout to the beach.

Beach House

We stayed at this beach property the week after Christmas. We have stayed in a lot of houses over the years. This house was extremely clean and very well stocked in all areas - kitchen items, towels, & so many little details. It was even decorated for Christmas which we really appreciated. We so enjoyed this home & being able to walk on the beach each day in December. Thank you so much for allowing our family to gather & relax.

Awesome beachfront property to relax and have fun

Had a gr8 time with friends and family. All necessary items are available at this property, we felt like home. All the amenities mentioned in the listing are accurate and neat. Jeff was so nice and responded immediately when we have questions. Ocean views from Master BR's and main level/deck was awesome. We spent most of our time at Gazebo and at the beach.

Family reunion vacation

Great location. Short private walk to the beach with provided beach chairs. Would recommend renting beach umbrellas for shade. Owners very responsive. Pool clean. We had 8 adults and 6 kids and did not feel crowded. Large kitchen area. Upstairs comfortably cool during our 90 degree stay. Definitely recommend.
