Ranking: 4*<br>Contemporary and recent house in the typical village of Kerniscob, it is located 600 m walk from the wild coast and in the immediate vicinity of customs paths and cycle paths. It will welcome you with comfort and calm in the exceptional environment that is the Quiberon peninsula. <br>The village is very quiet and will make you enjoy an atmosphere conducive to a pleasant and relaxing holiday.<br>The house is fully equipped (fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven with a temperature sensor, microwave oven....) and has a beautiful terrace of 35M2 located facing west, equipped with an electric awning, two garden furniture, a parasol, deckchairs and a barbecue.<br>The house is very well insulated (energy class A) and remains cool in case of hot weather. <br>You will also benefit from a terrace to the east which will allow you to have breakfast in the morning sun. An outdoor shower is present at the back of the house as well as a washing tub for the return from the beach. On request we can also provide you with free baby equipment (cot, high chair, foot function, bathtub). A deposit of 100€ will be required.<br>We provide board games, books and magazines in French and English and beach games for adults and children.<br>Upstairs you will find a beautiful mezzanine with a small sea view. Two bedrooms also have this view of the wild coast. <br>Our guests will also be able to benefit from excellent bedding and a very complete equipment to cook as at home (food processor, mixer, juicer, toaster, raclette service, ...) A washing machine is also available free of charge.<br>The village is very quiet and will make you enjoy an atmosphere conducive to a pleasant and relaxing holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of the peninsula in high season. <br>The village is located 10 minutes by bike from the beach of St Julien (bay side) and 4 km from the city centre of Quiberon with its large beach. Depending on the position of the wind you can enjoy one or the other bay.<br>If you want to discover the small quiet beaches of Quiberon, you can rent bicycles. Several rental companies offer their services.<br>You will find all the amenities for shopping and shopping around the rental; as well as a complete offer of leisure activities around the sea or other areas:<br>Leisure and animal parks, paintball, go-karting, golf, tennis, beach club, bike rental or even first flights... you are bound to find what you are looking for! The Bay of Quiberon is also a fantastic playground for the practice of water sports: surfing, sailing, paddle boarding, fishing...<br>
