Holiday rentals for large groups or seminars. Located just a few minutes from the castles of Bruniquel and Penne, this superb family-owned estate consists of a 400-square-meter main building and a 30-square-meter dovecote. During the season, a large 8x10-metre pool and its spacious terrace are perfect for relaxing. An inflatable spa housed in a greenhouse is also included. For children, we provide a large playground, a trampoline, a converted caravan, and a Ninja course. The estate comprises 2 hectares of meadows and 26 hectares of forest, where you can enjoy wonderful hikes with scenic viewpoints and a cave… We can organise group meals for you, such as a homemade wood-fired pizza night, or arrange for our caterers to provide service for your events. Our services include housekeeping, the provision of linens, and made-up beds. Main cottage (10–15 people): 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms and separate toilets. Large 100-square-meter living room with a fireplace; 50-square-meter game room; large kitchen with a range and a fireplace. The Pigeon House: cottage for 2 to 5 people: With its superb view of our beautiful lagoon-colored pool, the ground floor features a sofa bed, a bathroom with a toilet, and a small private terrace overlooking the pool. Upstairs, you’ll find a cosy bedroom with a panoramic view of the pool, featuring a 200 x 180 bed plus an extra sleeping space. Rates: Prices range from €3,000 to €5,000 per week depending on the season, length of stay, and number of guests. Weekend rentals are available (flat rate of €1,000 to €2,800 from Friday at 5:00 PM to Sunday at 5:00 PM, on average). Please contact us for an exact quote. Beds are made upon arrival. Towels can be provided for an additional €5 per person for the duration of your stay. A property inspection will be conducted upon your arrival and departure.
