Condo directly on the Beach!

Sunset House North is a small rise condo building. It has been tastefully renovated by a professional decorator and the property is kept in pristine condition. Our condo has also gone thru extensive renovation and decorated beautifully. A private spacious balcony allows you to relax outside and enjoy the evening air. All the amenities of a home can be found. It is our vacation home on Marco and we spared no expense in the details to make it a wonderful place in paradise.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The location of this property is perfect. Off the beaten path and quiet but convenient to walk many places. The beach is right there along with an amazing pool. Abel was very responsive and accommodating. We look forward to coming back year after year!

We purchased this condo with the intent to use it as our summer home. All of the details went into the decoration with this in mind. It is our second home and we take very good care of it. You will notice the attention to small details, the impeccable upkeep and the love in the home. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

Recently renovated completely. All modern appliances, electronics and a home directly on the beach, but with the comforts of a small building that is full of very friendly residents and visitors. The building itself is very safe. Security cameras and an attentive staff will make your visit safe and comfortable.
