Relax and enjoy your own Private Executive Suite, located in a quiet and serene Seymour neighborhood!
This unit is a separate 800sq ft Executive Suite attached to the back/left side of our home here in Seymour. The suite has its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and separate bedroom. Outside there is a small privacy fenced-in area for your enjoyment.
We do allow 2 pets with a charge of $50 per stay.
Please note: There are no refunds for early checkouts.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please place all used towels and sheets in the laundry closet, thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No more than 2 dogs allowed. No excessive barking. If your dog barks incessantly when left alone, we will ask you to take your dog with you or leave.

Great Seymour location

This was a very nice private suite with a fantastic yard for our dogs to enjoy and for us to enjoy the outdoors. The suite was great for our short stay and everything worked and was comfortable. The neighborhood is great for taking a walk with or without our furry children. Would love to stay her again.

Our stay in Seymour at this location is always comfortable, we feel safe with all the necessities for our needs. Fenced in yard is the best for our dogs and they feel at home right away. We love being able to walk our dogs in this very nice neighborhood. Will stay again! Thanks.

Excellent stay

The property is exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and clean. My husband is sadly allergic to dogs but he had no issues staying here even though it’s a dog-friendly property. The property is in a very nice, quiet residential neighborhood. We had a great nights sleep and would stay again next time we are in the area. Overall was a really good place. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The only thing was when we found no water pressure and no hot water for a few hours. Had this happened while trying to pack and leave it would have been almost impossible. I wish we could have been told sooner. It did delay our day by said hours.

Private Cozy High-end Suite

I can't say enough about this private top notch cozy little getaway! It's a high end suite, beautifully done with everything you could possibly need for a short or extended stay. Very quiet neighborhood, private little yard space, grill just for you with patio seating, private entrance with key code entry and even laundry. Highly recommend!
