Great view but lots of rocks on beach

Nice and quiet in the community. Easy to get to from I-95. Community was very clean and maintained, as was the unit we were in. Enjoyed watching the golfers and the dolphins at the same time. Didn't like all rocks on the beach and the difficulty of getting in the water when it wasn't low tide.

Our beach does have coquina rocks that are sometimes visible due to weather and tide. It is what makes our area so unique. If you go up or down the beach a little, you can usually find an area that is rock free. We would love to host you if you visit this area again.

Enjoyed our stay very much and we will be coming back! The starter supplies were very helpful! I would add coffee filters to the starter pack since guests do not know what kind of coffee filters to bring with them. Wonderful experience! Unit was beautifully decorated and quiet! Coffee and popsicles on the patio were some of our favorite things to do!

Nice condo, limited amenities.

The condo is as pictured, very modern and well decorated. It is a basic place, in that there are no pantry items (salt, pepper etc.), toiletries means you need to bring toilet paper (we were provided a starter roll) shampoo, etc. Beds are soft, and most likely need updating.

Perfect for a Family Vacation

Nice size bedrooms, awesome balcony (though, it's more ocean view" vs "ocean front"), quick walk up the stairs for access to the room (the elevator is SLOW). Nice pantry and fridge storage (freezer is on the small side). - The stove is super nice and new, just has a small learning curve to figure out how to use it. Plenty of pots & pans. Extra beach towels were provided. Walk to the beach was easy and right around the corner from the building (minimal stairs to walk down if you have a beach cart). The area is windy! And parts of the sand are full of shells (not good for sand castles, but OK to walk on without hurting your feet). Pools on the property we're clean with plenty of seating (though parking is minimal). The CB Grille had pretty basic food, and was definitely pricey for what you get... But was tasty and served it's lunch purpose. :)Check in and door access was easy.You do have to pay a toll ($3) to get to the island, but it's beautiful and well maintained. There are a bunch of cool beaches less than 10 min away to explore.Great place to visit! Close to Daytona and St. Augustine. Loved it.

Balcony was so open and roomy for adults and children to play board games cards when they were not in the pool or on the beach. I would recommend researching getting a weekly pass for the toll bridge. Not a big deal but it would have been convenient with trips to the grocery or nearby restaurants if you are renting in the busy summer season.

The stove was a mystery to me and how to use. Thought I was doing it correctly, finally on nearly the last day I googled directs...the pot needs to be ON the burner for it to work. We went out to eat a lot and used the microwave. Shocked that it required washing the linens and taking out the trash before checkout at 10am. Seemed like a lot to do and be out so early.

Great Condo !

Beautiful Condo. Completely remodeled - perfect for a family of 5 or more. Definitely would stay here again. My wife and I stayed in Unit 424 for 9 days while waiting to move into our new house. Only complaint is TV and Internet Operating Directions need to be updated. There were new updated remotes for the TV's, and for a technically challenged person like myself, it was not easy to decipher how to use them to switch between Spectrum cable channels and Streaming channels like NETFLIX Etc. .

The pictures say it all! The view was amazing just from our ‘porch’ as we at breakfast/lunch and supper. A short walk down to the beach made life so easy! Clean, up to date appliances(some so up to date I needed a manual, lol), furniture and decor was lovely, and the master bed was so comfortable-even watched the sun rise from my bed☀️!! Thank you for sharing your home!!
