My place is a small studio unit located in an very nice upscale neighborhood (Beverlywood). The unit is around 300 square feet with its own bathroom, and complete kitchen with an electric range and a fridge. It also has a small closet.

You will always find parking on the street.

It is centrally located in LA:

- West Hollywood (8 miles - 20 - 30 minutes)
- Beverly Hills (3 miles - 15 minutes)
- Santa Monica pier & beach (6 miles - 20 - 30 minutes)

A quiet refuge to sleep and work

I rented this unit just for sleeping and working near a relative's home. It has all the basics, including fast internet, lots of outlets, a decent kitchen, and natural light. It was quiet and safe, and the owner was cordial and a good communicator. It looks exactly like the photos, except the beige wall panels are windows that open.
