This fun-filled vacation rental offers plenty of prime amenities for guests of all ages. Outside, you can sneak in an afternoon nap in the comfortable hammock or dine alfresco on the furnished deck overlooking the forest. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen, a large living space with soaring ceilings and a warming fireplace, and a dining table for six - ideal for meals or board game nights! This home also has a media and music library and video game consoles for indoor entertainment options.

Take a journey back in time to Sautee Nacoochee, the home of the Nacoochee Indian Mound, constructed between 700-1200 A.D., 12 miles away. Explore the nearby quaint town of Helen with its Bavarian architecture and aesthetic, only 13 miles from your door. Those interested in hitting the trails, will find plenty within a short distance, some of which deliver hikers to beautiful waterfalls. A visit to Unicoi Lake (about 11 miles west) offers opportunities for fishing, canoeing, hiking, and lakeside picnicking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
