The apartment has a spacious bright living room with an integrated kitchen. The spacious bathroom with two sinks, bath, shower and toilet invites you to relax. A guest toilet is available.
The 3 bedrooms, one with two single beds, offer plenty of storage space for your wardrobe.

On the large terrace with a magnificent view of the Zugspitze and Alpspitze you can enjoy sunny hours into the evening. For your vehicle or e.g. B. Bicycles etc. there is a parking space right next to the apartment.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed staying at this property with our two kids. It is in a great location and has a nice yard and patio with a little view of the Zugspitze. The interior was spacious, very clean and well maintained.

Great Stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. There was a dedicated parking spot and it was an easy walk into town. The hosts were quick to respond, and check in and out were a breeze.

Perfect location-beautiful and spacious apartment

Great 3 BR apt for our family of 5, beautiful view of the mountains and easy walk into town. The hosts are very friendly and gave good tips for the area. Wish we could've stayed longer, Garmisch is beautiful! Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome Property with amazing view of Zugspitze

We loved our stay in this ground floor apartment! It had 3 nice sized bedrooms and a great kitchen and family room. The backyard was very private with an incredible view of the Zugspitze mountain. Thomas was a great host, super nice, and easy to communicate with. We would stay again!

Back to Garmisch!

We loved this place! We stayed three nights. The location is terrific and very close to everything. The unit it modern, spotless and as advertised. Communication was fast and easy. We highly recommend this unit and would book it again without hesitation.

Great Place in Garmisch

Really great condo is Garmisch. Tom is also quite available if needed. The Condo is not too far from the town center. You can either get there walking (15-20) or via taxi. We greatly enjoyed the property, and will definitely book it again!

Eine tolle Wohnung!

Die Wohnung hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Sogar eine Kapselmaschine, fĂŒr mich als einziges Kaffeetrinkendes Familienmitglied top! Überall bodentiefe Fenster und dadurch sehr hell. In den Schlafzimmern VerdunkelungsvorhĂ€nge, die auch wirklich machen was sie sollen. Alles sehr gepflegt und vorallem total großzĂŒgig und gerĂ€umig! Einziges Manko waren die fehlenden Fliegengitter. Unser Kleiner wurde ordentlich zerstochen in der Nacht. Wir wĂŒrden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, denn wir haben uns hier doch sehr Zuhause gefĂŒhlt!

Tolle Wohnung, aber recht laut

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, schön groß und hat alles, was man braucht. Das Haus steht in zweiter Reihe. Mit großen Autos ist die Parksituation recht kniffelig. Ansich war alles toll, nur scheint das Objekt keinerlei Schallschutz zu haben. Die Wohnung oben drĂŒber wird "normal" bewohnt. Jedes Wort und jeder Schritt sind zu hören. Ob morgens um fĂŒnf oder nach 23 Uhr. Wer GerĂ€usche aus MehrfamilienhĂ€usern gewohnt ist, den stört es vielleicht nicht. Aber wir wohnen sehr ruhig und empfanden das stĂ€ndige Gepoltere und die lauten GesprĂ€che doch als ziemlich störend. Trotzdem war es ein toller Urlaub und die Vermieter sind sehr nett.

Moderne und saubere Ferienwohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung war modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es fehlte an nichts. Die EigentĂŒmer waren zudem sehr nett und wohnen direkt nebenan, sodass ein Austausch total unkompliziert war. Immer wieder gerne.

Wohnung sehr gut und mit Liebe zum Detaille ausgestattet. Wir reisten mit einer rollstuhlgebunden Person. Wohnung bis auf die Eingangsstufe am Haus vollstÀndig ebenerdig. An einer Hauptstrasse gelegen, aber aufgrund Hinterhaus dennoch ruhige Lage.

Best Vacation Ever!

Thomas' property was exactly like the photographs provided in VRBO. Great location, 5-minute safe walk to the center of town, and the best views of the Zugspitze and mountains in Garmisch! Excellent bathrooms with plenty of hot water. Full access to all cable channels and TVs in every room. Excellent internet access. It was great sitting out on the lawn and enjoying the views and the weather. Thomas and his family are there when you need them, and they are dedicated to providing a first-class holiday experience. We could not be happier with our experience! Thanks, Thomas!

Spacious and exceptionally clean property with all necessities included. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would would definitely book again. Convenient on-site parking. Several great restaurants within walking distance. Only down-side to report is the noise of the tenants above walking around their apartment in the early morning, but would not deter us from booking again.
