This 37 m² holiday rental is located in the former woodshed of the main house. It features a living area with a seating area that includes a sofa bed (which can accommodate 2 additional guests), a flat-screen TV with Netflix, a home theatre system, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 4 people. The shower room on the ground floor is equipped with a walk-in shower, a vanity unit, a towel warmer, and a toilet. A washer-dryer is available for your use. On the mezzanine, you’ll find the sleeping area with a 180x200 bed. The entire space is heated or cooled depending on the season via a reversible air conditioning system. Outside, a 40-square-meter private terrace with garden furniture and lounge chairs awaits you. You’ll have access to a one-hectare park featuring remarkable trees. You’ll also have access to the pétanque court and the children’s playground. You can park one vehicle in the car park, which is secured by a surveillance camera.
