On the ground floor there is a lounge, a kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed), a shower-room/toilet and a laundry-room. On the upper floor there is a mezzanine living-room, a bedroom with twin beds, a shower-room and a toilet. Supplementary charges: electricity (incl. heating). Internet access is optional (8 €/week). TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: meet the farm animals with the owners, the champagne vineyards (3 km), marked hiking trails in the forest. This comfortable gîte, next-door to the owners' house on a farm, is situated 15 km from Troyes and 4 km form Junction 20 of the A5 motorway.
