A modern, single-story, fully fenced holiday rental near the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient and 30 minutes from Lac du Der. Pets allowed. Located 28 km from Troyes, 15 km from Brienne-le-Château, and 20 km from Arcis-sur-Aube. The industrial decor of this cottage elegantly blends vintage decorative pieces—heirlooms from factories and schools of the 1950s—with contemporary design elements. The cottage is situated on a fully enclosed property. Its optimal layout allows for easy movement between the different rooms: an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining area and lounge area (the sofa bed can be used for sleeping upon request), a twin bedroom (2 single beds), a double bedroom (1 double bed, 140 cm wide), a bathroom (walk-in shower), and a separate toilet. Household linens (tea towels, bath towels, tablecloths) are provided free of charge. Electric heating (heat pump) is included in the price of your stay. Bedding and a cleaning service are optional. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: This holiday rental is the ideal place to relax after a day of fishing (nearby bodies of water) or a day of hiking and swimming at the Lacs de la Forêt d’Orient.
