Located in the Aube department at the gateway to the Marne region, just 5 minutes from the Sommesous exit on the A26 highway, this holiday rental serves as the perfect base for exploring the Champagne vineyards, the lakes of Der, the Forêt d’Orient, and historic cities such as Troyes, Chalons-en-Champagne, and Reims—all just 35 minutes from the outlet malls. The Gîte de Saint Martin welcomes you for both business and leisure stays. In this village with a rich historical heritage, you’ll find all the shops you need: a supermarket, bakery, butcher shop, hair salon, and more... electric car charging station 100 m away. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a comfortable living room featuring a library and a variety of board games, a double bedroom (140x190 bed) with a desk area, a twin bedroom (2 beds measuring 90x190) with a desk, and another double bedroom (140x190 bed) with the option of a sleeping area for a baby. A bathroom with a shower (large, extra-flat shower pan), sink, and storage, as well as a separate toilet, will also be at your disposal. Outside, you’ll have access to a fully fenced property with a gravel courtyard large enough to accommodate several vehicles, a small garden with a lawn where you can relax on lounge chairs, a covered patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, and a storage shed for bikes, strollers, and more. To ensure a peaceful stay, heating, electricity, and bath linens are included in the rental, and the beds will be made upon your arrival.
