This home is Private, Cozy and quiet, yet centrally located and only minutes from downtown Sylva, Dillsboro and Western Carolina University. Perfect for summer mountain vacation, fall leaf lookers, premier trout fishing waters, visiting your Catamount student, hiking, and more! Only 25 minutes to Harrah’s Cherokee Casino. Relax and enjoy smart Roku TVs, Wifi, nice large deck with gas grill and outdoor fire pit to enjoy the beautiful outdoors.
