Great holiday.

Amazing villa, lots of space for us all both inside and outside. Stunning views, even from the pool, sea or mountains. Well equipped kitchen and large gas bbq. Very pretty local village, beach and restaurants all in walking distance. Patrick was very helpful.

Séjour familial à 4 générations

Superbe emplacement et villa totalement aménagée et conçue pour permettre de passer des vacances fantastiques. Séjour à 14 personnes où chacun trouve son espace, les équipements sont en nombre et de qualité. L'accueil du gérant Patrick est très appréciable avec de très bons conseils et une grande disponibilité. Merci à lui ! On repart tous avec des souvenirs splendides.

Algajola super, Haus ok, aber Vermieter erhebt nicht vereinbarte Gebühren

Der Ort Algajola ist sehr schön. Er bietet Strand, Restaurants und einen Bahnhof - als Ausgangspunkt für Touren. Das Haus liegt oberhalb des Ortes. Der Blick ist schön. Der Pool ist ein Salzwasserpool. Das Erdgeschoss ist hübsch eingerichtet und gemütlich. Viele Schlafräume sind im Untergeschoss und um diese zu erreichen, läuft man (täglich) durch Gerümpel und zT durch die Garage. Die Schlaf- und Badezimmer selbst sind in Ordnung. Elektrische Anlagen im Haus funktionierten bei uns bei Ankunft zT nicht, sodass wir erst kein warmes Wasser hatten. In der Küche konnten wir einige Sachen während des gesamten Urlaubs nicht nutzen. Verwalter nicht erreichbar. Der Pool hat eine Heizung, auch die funktionierte zu Anfang nicht, aber später ja. Die Sauberkeit ist, besonders durch die Gerümpel-Ecken, kein hoher Standard. In vielen Ecken wurde nicht geputzt. Handtücher, Seife und WC-Papier war nicht ausreichend zur Verfügung. Der Vermieter hat uns immer französisch geantwortet, obwohl wir auf englisch geschrieben haben. Bei Ankunft wurden von uns 500 Euro genommen, die wir als Kaution üblich empfanden. Bei Abreise wurde uns diese nicht erstattet, da es sich angeblich um eine Service-Gebühr handelt. Also Achtung: Der Mietpreis, der auf FeWo angegeben ist, ist nicht korrekt und wird durch den Vermieter auf fragwürdige Weise erhöht. Das war für uns eine böse Überraschung und hat uns sehr auf die Urlaubslaune gedrückt, zumal der "Service" mehr als schlecht war.
