Our One Long Beach Properties group rental is a combination of One Long Beach rental houses that will fit your group needs. The rental consists of five homes that are all located on the same property so you will have close proximity to your entire group! The rental can include all or just a few of the following properties (search ID codes in VRBO to get to property detail page): the Main House (141946); Carriage House (142116); Goose Rocks Cottage (142114); Heron Neck Cottage (4818217) and Owls Head Cottage (4818777).

The complex boasts wonderful ocean views and is simply a stone's throw from Short Sands Beach and downtown York Beach. Enjoy sandy beaches, quaint shops, ice cream, restaurants, entertainment and more!

Whether you are headed to Maine for your family vacation, a reunion or a corporate retreat, you'll find there is plenty of room and amenities for you here. It's the perfect solution for large groups such as family reunions, corporate gatherings or wedding accommodations. Christmas in October!

Our family of 13 enjoyed our stay in Maine! We represented Texas, Chicago and Colorado. Way more room than we needed but everyone had their own private place to stay and fun was had by all!

Fantastic Stay!

This was our first year having a family reunion in Maine. We have a big group so it’s hard to find accommodations for 30+ people and have them in a contained area so we aren’t bothering others. We rented 5 properties and enjoyed every minute of it. The cottages were right next to each other and the main house provided a perfect spot to cook. We had great weather so we were all able to eat outside on the picnic tables and enjoy the sunset through the trees. Location was amazing, an easy walk to short sand beach and the town of York. Beds were very comfortable and there is plenty of silverware and solid cookware to use. My only feedback would be that there be more essential items like trash bags, toilet paper, and essential spices for cooking. The notes did say there would be enough for the first few days but I think at this price it should be provided. Thanks Ed and team for an amazing week and for being available for any issues that arise. I would highly recommend any of the cottages and would love to stay again!

Great property and cottage- central location, close to everything (especially the beach), but also tucked away and private. Clean and bright! And Ed is a great host!! We really appreciated how easy it was to communicate and book.
