There are up to 5 bedrooms available and four bathrooms, 3 bedrooms each with a double bed and sofa / armchairs are the basis, and in summer enlargeable with a room with a double bed and another with two single beds, spread over two levels.

The downstairs rooms and the large living room / kitchen studio open with large double doors to the garden. It is awakened by the sun and is equipped with three steps at the pool to start the day with a morning swim.
In the large, bright common room / living room (the former studio of a marble sculptor) is both an open, modern kitchen (of course with dishwasher, large fridge / freezer, gas stove, coffee machine, ...), as well as a large dining table, two comfortable leather couches a flat - screen TV. WiFi Internet connection is available in all rooms and on the terraces. In the first, especially from the outside walk-floor has another room with fireplace, another living room, decorated in a rustic style, as well as the two remaining bedrooms and another bathroom.

There is a covered area with washing machine and clothesline, where also a basketball hoop hanging, which seduced nightly competitions.

Forward you step out onto a spacious terrace with space for a large family. Here you can eat barbecue, sunbathe, read or natter.
In the upper area there is another, wonderful large, partially covered with a pergola terrace overlooking the sea is.
The large pool is ideal for swimming and splashing, enjoying the sun and to play at the big table under the shade of mimosa.
And who wants to be alone again, can through the 12 000 m² garden with olive groves and Farngrund hike and enjoy the silence.

The approximately two kilometers away, the center of Pietrasanta is a wunderhübscher artist village with a historic center, the Piazza del Duomo. The place to meet in the various bars on a cappuccino or evening for aperitivo. Numerous small and cozy restaurants invite you to eat a go.

Shopping and food supply:

A mom and pop shop can be found on the street Via Val di Castello Carducci (between the cemetery and Val di Castello (s. Map)). Our "Mom and Pop" but is Rita! Here you can get everything you need to survive plus - if you want - a nice conversation in the local language! Bread and rolls can be pre-each for the next morning!

Sea
