Beautiful bastide of 170 m2, located in a quiet residential area on the heights of Noves. It is 3 km from the village where you will find all the shops and the tourist office.

A family home, it has been designed and thought out in every detail to be as welcoming and comfortable as possible. Very bright with its many openings, on the ground floor as well as upstairs, you will enjoy the light of the south, the east and the west.
The accommodation
The house has reversible air conditioning, both on the ground floor and upstairs. The ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating, and the ground floor with convectors. A terrace runs along the entire house on the east, south and west facades. You will also benefit from a large and beautiful garden with trees as well as a private parking area. Access to the property is first through the main entrance (automatic gate), then through the private access to the house and garden through a second entrance. The property is fenced and closed by a manual gate.

On the ground floor:
- Fully equipped kitchen (20 m2). Induction hob, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, multifunction food processor. Openings to the east and south to access the large terrace where the outdoor dining area is located.
- Large living room (40 m2). Openings to the south and west with access to the terrace. Flat screen connected to TNT. High speed fibre optic internet connection.
- A bedroom (12 m2). Facing south and west by its two openings, access to the terrace. Bed 140x200 cm.
- A laundry room (9 m2) to the east. Washing machine, ironing board and iron available.
- A bathroom (8 m2). Double sink, bath, shower.
- A toilet.

On the 1st floor:
- Bedroom (15 m2) facing south and west. Bed of 160x200 cm.
- Bedroom (14 m2) facing south. Two single beds of 90x200 cm and desk.
- Bedroom (20 m2) facing south and east. Bed 160x200 cm.
- Dressing room (6 m2).
- Bathroom (8 m2). Double sink, bath, shower.
- A toilet.

Outside (1500 m2 privatized area):
- A 100 m2 terrace. Table and chairs for dining.
- Barbecue/plancha.
- Private parking.
- Sunbathing (x9).
- Chileans (x4).
- Ping-pong table.
- Boules area.
- Swimming pool (10m x 4m + 1.50m x 1.50m paddling pool)

Concerning the household linen, the following are provided for each week:
- Bedding: a set of flat sheets/fitted sheets/duvets/pillowcases.
- Kitchen: 3 tea towels, 1 tablecloth.
Terry towels and beach towels are not provided.

The home is equipped with fibre to access the internet.

For information, we welcome dogs but cats are unfortunately not accepted.

Traveller access
Only access to the garage and a cellar in the house will not be allowed.

During the months of July and August, arrivals and departures are only on Saturdays.
