A big disaster

The Property is old, we were aware of that and thats not the issue, even an older building can be maintained up to slightly mire modern standars which is not the case here. From doorframes to furniture and kitchen supplies everything was old, broken down and downright filthy. Some examples are -Wooden chairs that barely stood without someone sitting on sitting on them and they had nails sticking out. - An expandable table that broke in half while setting down a plate. - The beds were filthy, the cushions and mattresses were brown underneath the covers - The removable ACs are leaking -The toilets and showers were dirty and 1 shower wasn't working, you also couldn't hang 2 out of 3 showerheads. - Kitchen supplies were so worn down and used , the pans were unusable. Only upside was the quite new pool area which was somewhat clean and in ok shape. In all honesty if we wouldn't have paid already and had a 10 hour drive there we would have left instantly and fought for a refund. If you have some standards that go beyond camping don't rent this place it is catastrophical.

Das Haus ist wundervoll. Unsere Teenager Tochter liebte die Bibliothek. Es halt alles was man braucht. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist wunderbar. Es wirkt innen wie aussen nach einem richtigen Herrenhaus. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen. Der Eigentümer sowie der Hausverwalter sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit.
