This is a beautiful and very clean newly remodeled one story home located 10 mins drive away from all the Las Vegas attractions.
Casinos, T-Mobile arena, Raider stadium, Airport, convention centers and more. The house sleeps 10 people comfortably. We are Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, Walgreens, movie theatres and parks. No expense was spared in creating this vacation rental. Comfort, luxury and a very cozy home feeling can be expected. Lots of games provided with lounging and fire table in the yard along with a BBQ for grilling with the family. We are pleased to offer a non smoking and pet free environment to all our guests so you can expect the home to always look feel and smell fresh and clean. Every room is Beatifuly furnished with a flat screen tv and Roku TV for streaming netflix prime video , Hulu with live tv. Upgraded highspeed WiFi for your work and play. 2 full bathrooms with oversized shower heads and great water pressure, 2 driveways on exterior for up to 4 cars. Please see our other listing located right next door as well. Special pricing available for booking both properties together for very large groups. We look forward hosting you and providing a 5 star experience!

Father’s funeral

As a family we needed to stay somewhere for the funeral of my father and this location was perfect close to the mortuary and had enough space for everyone. The host was very nice and communicated with me. I would recommend this home if you have 4-12 you can stay here. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor space and games.

We loved this house for our visit to Las Vegas. We wanted to visit the strip for meetings but not get caught up in the nightlife, and this was an easy 10-minute commute. It was even easier to get back and forth to the airport. The house itself is at the end of a cul-de-sac, so very quiet with zero street traffic. It is spacious and has all the kitchen and bedroom, and bath essentials we needed. The check-in was simple and easy. Check-out was also easy and very simple. No extra surprises or costs at all! Loved the host communications too...very responsive! Thank you.

House has everything you need. Great outdoor space. Comfortable dining room table & chairs, great for family card & board games. Family room furniture is modern, which is beautiful, but not a couch you curl up on to watch a movie, but I’m sure I’m in a small percentage of folks looking for that in a place like Vegas. VERY responsive host and very easy to work with. Although very quiet overnight, the house is positioned between two neighborhood main thoroughfares. House is a great location to get to the strip & there is a grocery store very close by. The house could use a little TLC touch ups, like cleaning of return air vents.

Girl's Weekend

The process from booking to check-out was easy and Stephane was very accommodating and thoughtful. This property was exactly what I expected. It was very clean and had everything we needed to cook all weekend. The backyard was amazing to visit with one another, eat and even do some yoga. If you are looking for a quiet weekend away with your friends or family, this is your place.

Great location even better host!

Check in was easy. The home was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The host had popcorn and snacks for us in the kitchen as a welcome gift. A lot of family games inside and outside in the backyard. The BBQ grill was clean and ready with propane. Overall they thought of everything. Great host great stay!

Family Celebration

This house was the perfect fit for my family while in town for my Aunt's 95th Birthday! The backyard is amazing! It is in a prime location for everything. You will not be disappointed! Stephane was so great and very responsive the entire weekend. Checking in with us and making sure everything was going well. We will definitely be back!

Excellent rental for a family gathering

We enjoyed our stay at the house very much. There were 8 of us celebrating a daughter's birthday. We used the backyard quite a bit and liked having the variety of games and seating available. I highly recommend it. It was a little strange having two queen beds in the Master BR but we didn't need the second bed as it turned out. The kitchen, livingroom fireplace and all the bedrooms were just what we were hoping for.
