The location in the city was amazing, right near Boston Commons and close to the train. The check in process was a bit much (Make sure to do the additional steps they message about or you will have a delay).Other than that I have no complaints and that was more on me for missing the message. Would definitely stay here again if I am in Boston again.
Key pick-up was a bit of an adventure but managed. Location is quiet, neighbours were quiet. Super centrally located at a great price! Will definitely book again on my yearly work trips. Great find!
Great location in Beacon Hill, lots of food options. Property had all amenities listed, but the manager was unresponsive for my whole trip when I reported the wifi didn’t work at the beginning of my stay.
Can't beat this price and location combo. The bed is small (Double) but is really comfortable. The building is great but can be noisy, bring a noise maker it drowned out all the noise. We slept like babies in this place.
Check in was easy. The gentleman working at the seven eleven didn’t know where the Keycase was but when located it in the front corner everything from there went easily. Kitchen was fine but didn’t use it much.
My partner and I were looking for a last minute getaway to Boston and found this place. The key pickup process made me nervous but ended up being super easy compared to other places I’ve stayed in the past! We were able to find street parking for the whole weekend which allowed us the peace of mind to explore as we wanted. The buildings hallways and elevator are a bit small, but overall it’s a great place to stay!! Host was super responsive and the checkout process was easy as well.
Great location near the Massachusetts State house. Was a short walk to the Park St station which gave access to the red, orange, and green lines!! Property Managers were fantastic, I accidentally left something behind after I checked out and the were great in helping me retrieve the lost item. Stay was clean and a good deal for the price and size. One heads up is that the key pick up is a 15 minute walk away from the actual spot so keep that in mind when planning your arrival! Would definitely stay again!

I felt like this property made me feel like a Bostonian! Excellent location to everything Boston had to offer! Boston commons 2-minute walk away and transportation on the subway 2.5-minute walk. Restaurants and shops close in either direction you go and so many good eats and brews! History alive around every corner you turned after leaving the studio. Parking is a little difficult around the property, but I added spot hero to my app line up and found parking in a garage called PI alley parking garage, it was great and for a little extra in and out privileges. This was my first time to Boston, and I got to know the city and I would stay here again and again!
This unit is in a great location. It is so close to Boston Commons and the Freedom Trail with great local restaurants within steps of the property and very close to public transportation. Great place to stay for a couple. The unit is well equipped if you would like to cook a simple meal too. The bed is a double so you might want to consider that if you like a bigger bed.
This unit was perfect for my solo visit to Boston. The location was perfect for all the sites that were on my to do list for my trip and I was able to walk everywhere. The only hiccup was that I was told my keys would be available after 1;00, but when I went to the kiosk to get the keys, I couldn’t get them until 3:00. The unit was clean, the perfect size, and very comfortable. Definitely recommend for a solo traveler or group of two!

So so
The property was clean which was a plus but we didn’t realize the bed was a full size. Also we had to take an Uber to the 711 to get the key which seemed out of the way and inconvenient.
Locations as great tho

You cannot ask for a better location. Very walkable, centrally located.
You need to pickup keys from another location which is 15 minutes away.
Horrible customer service: I waited for 2 hrs after 3 pm check in. They did not answer my calls or responded to my emails for 3 hrs after I reached the location that was mentioned in the check in email.
Terrible bed. Only one blacked; when it was clear that 2 people will stay for the weekend.
Other than the location of the property, I had terrible experience.
I liked the property overall, the only downside of the it was the A/C that was too high and I couldn’t regulate it properly and it wasn’t extra blankets.
This property was in the best location right by the state house and a short walk from central downtown or a T station. We found the check-in process to be straight forward however the key box was a little hard to locate. The apartment itself was exactly as advertised and a perfect space for two people. The bed was mildly uncomfortable however it was definitely doable for a short trip. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and there were coffee filters and coffee for the coffee pot. There are holes of dry wall cut out of the ceiling that are a little off-putting but didn’t affect the quality of our stay.My only true complaint with this property was that we had a leak in the ceiling when it started raining. The hosts were very quick to respond and thankfully the drops stopped after about 20 minutes but I would keep an eye out for that when you’re there. I would stay here again if I were in Boston for a short trip but I would not recommend for a long-term stay.
The location couldn't be better, just across the street from the state house and a block from Boston Common. The key pickup worked as advertised, but it's a bit of a hassle because the key drop spot is a fairly long walk from the apartment. The unit itself was fine, fairly basic. One slight annoyance - although the kitchen was well equipped, there were no supplies other than liquid dish soap - no coffee or filters, or dishwasher detergent. And very limited glassware. Like with many short term rentals, we found the furniture to be uncomfortable. There were some large holes cut into the drywall ceiling, which was weird. Just a few tweaks and this would be an awesome place.

TL;DR: Our stay became unsafe and unlivable due to a worsening AC leak near an electrical outlet, and the host (StayNue) failed to act despite repeated messages. We had to manage the hazard ourselves for three nights—avoid this property and any managed by StayNue.
What happened:
* Midway through our stay, the AC began leaking water next to an electrical outlet and onto the floor.
* We immediately notified the host. They said they'd contact maintenance and gave us an emergency number, but ignored our request to escalate or call on our behalf.
* The leak continued for the rest of our stay, worsening into a large pool of water that extended into the kitchen and created a slip hazard. Constant dripping disrupted our sleep.
The host did not:
* Send anyone to help
* Provide clean towels or supplies
* Offer alternate accommodations or compensation
We had to manage the situation ourselves—wringing out soaked towels repeatedly to minimize slipping and electrical risk. It was stressful, unsafe, and not the responsibility of guests.
The unit also had visible ceiling cutouts and black mold on the shower curtain.
The host eventually stopped responding. VRBO has been little help due to StayNue’s third-party management system.
Avoid this property—and anything managed by StayNue.
