WELCOME! Luxury House w/Pickleball, Beaches, Marco Island, and Golf, & 5th Ave

This tuscany style home was built as my beach house with many upgrades and is now available to my guest to make their own family memories.

Known for the beautiful 5 Clubhouses. Offering gym, yoga, resort size pool, movie theater, card room, entertainment, library, pickleball courts, and so many more activities to mention. Restrictions Apply - Clubhouse approval & application fee $250

National Rookery Bay Preserve Park is walking distance with marine water pools for petting, and also perfect for kayaking.

Disconnect and recharge at the beach or at the pool. Maybe you enjoy golf and you could ride your bike to the nearest gold course.

Enjoy been only 5 minutes from beautiful Marco Island beaches, but still only 7 miles to 5th Avenue and the Naples Pier. Everglades National Park is also a must while visiting the area and just a 5 minute ride to the nearest airboat tour as well as an indian village.

The house sits across a bird santuary with many windows to enjoy the lake views throughout the house. Have your morning coffee enjoying the birds singing from your beautiful tuscany patio, but if you like to stay fit, you might enjoy the large gym. This property is perfect for walking or jogging at any time with confidence that you are safe. A rare and unique night golf course is nearby if you like to stay out of the heat.

Let's not forget the great dog park by the lake.

Vacation is to be enjoyed and with so many shops and restaurants less than a mile away, you will never have to drive far. Leave your time for fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, sun bathing, playing, dancing, and stress free...... Your family will thank you.

Great Family Retreat

Something for everyone

Beautiful and clean! Milly is a fabulous host, she thought of everything you might need in your home away from home! Fully furnished and clean. We really loved the location 10 minutes from Marco Island and 10 minutes from Naples.

This is quite a catch. Excellent location, amazing modern space, very clean and everything just worked properly. Milly is a very attentive host who is always willing to help. I would stay here again and again.

Home away from home

Wonderful property in a great development. 20 min drive to Marco Island. Plenty of activities available in community. Bonus having beach towels and chairs available. Milly was a great host who sorted out quickly an issue we had in the house with the water. Would recommend the property.

Beach life

We loved our stay in Naples. The house was perfect and so very relaxing. We didn’t have enough time to do everything but we still did a ton of stuff. The braces here are absolutely beautiful and the sunsets are amazing. We highly recommend this house. The owner is great to work with.

Great Family Beach House

This property was so clean and orderly, all the details were thoughtfully planned and provided; ie. appropriate cooking utensils, dinnerware, serving platters, glasses, coffee machine, an automatic coffee grinder for the coffee connoisseur. It’s perfectly located between Naples and Marco so you can toggle between both areas. We enjoyed winding down late afternoon at the resort-like pool. People are friendly in the community. Overall, it was just a wonderful and effortless experience. The homeowner was responsive and helpful with ideas fit for our family. Thanks again for everything.

Wonderful!

Milly’s place was wonderful. Very clean and conveniently located to Naples and Marco Island. The neighborhood was majestic with the pristine surroundings and ponds. We enjoyed walks around the property daily. We really liked the dog park for our pooch. The pool and clubhouse were awesome too. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and plenty of towels were supplied. The house had soap at each sink and shampoo/conditioner and bath soap were supplied. We also had plenty of paper towels and toilet paper to get us started. Milly was very responsive. She was a fabulous host. We really appreciated the wine she left for us upon arrival. We felt very welcomed. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this property.

Impressions Vary

The Artesia community is very nice and has great amenities. The pool, fitness center and the clubhouse are very nice. Right sized to the community's needs - no competition to get pool chairs, etc. and the upkeep is extremely well done. The pickle ball courts were under renovation and that was never disclosed and appeared that this was a project that was way behind schedule. Never opened while there. The home is large and certainly accommodates the needs of families. But, the furniture was broken (coffee table found in garage, which was the only table for the living room). Previous renters had broken the center glass unit, but it was still very usable. The furniture is worn, couches not in the best of shape (worn out cushions), drapery rods falling down and the drapes (living room) were not even large enough to cover the sliding glass doors (you were on display for the neighbors at all times). Silverware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils were at the very bare minimum and very worn out. Pots with no lids, or the handles missing, frying pan (just one) was beat up and this kitchen just didn't provide what was needed and expected for the cost of the rental. We rent homes because we enjoy eating in and don't like having to eat out all of the time. Bedroom sizes are good, beds relatively comfortable. Bedding was a different story. Very little of it causing us to launder more often than should be necessary. On the subject of cleaning. There are NO supplies provided. We like to treat the homes we rent as if they were our own. Cleaning floors, even a bathroom cleanup is not out of the question when you are there over a month and we had nothing. We shouldn't have to go out and buy all of those items to make our stay comfortable. Patio furniture cushions are worn, and you had to sit on two chair cushions to be comfortable. On a plus, air conditioning went out and the service response was fast. However, the technician told me was avoidable, normal maintenance was all it needed (the air filter was something to see). Again, the Artesia community is awesome and would go back. This property for over $15,000 is in desperate need of updating. Last, know your customers. Texts were answered with "which property are you at - who is this again" and at times were not answered for over 24-hours. I'm sure the owner is a nice person, but really needs to focus on customer service.

I apologize for any inconvenience. I had both mother and grandmother in the hospital, which recently passed. I know this is not your problem, but I wish you would have called me to assure I would have addressed the issues before the next guest. I take pride and effort to assure my guest receive the best. I feel hurt that you feel this way and will meet with my cleaning crew to see about the issues you discussed. I could assure you the cushings in the patio are new and paid top dollar for them. They are not cheap and don't understand why you said that. The cushins in the living room is just the style of couch. Is less than 6 months. Im sorry you didnt like it, but I got it thinking it was going to be confortable for my guest.

Great Community

We enjoyed our stay in the Artesia Community. We loved that our rental house was conveniently located near the pool and the pickleball courts. It was only a short drive to Marco Island or Naples and a short drive to the beach. When we arrived at the house on Saturday there were several things that needed attention. The garage code did not work, the toaster did not work, the overhead light in the master bedroom did not work, and the toilet in the master did not flush properly. We emailed Milly on Monday of these problems. She replied that she would put in the things to address right away and then we did not hear from her again. Overall we enjoyed our stay but just wish the items above could have been fixed.

Top Notch Property

My husband and I and my sister and her husband stayed at this property for 2 weeks. We absolutely loved it. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed spending the evenings on the patio. We had a couple of questions the first night and Milly, the owner was very quick to respond and even took the time to drop off a couple of things. There is a lake a couple of blocks away that was great to walk around. There is also a wonderful clubhouse with a pool, workout facility, pickleball courts, ping pong and a billiards table. It is a great location to both Naples and Marco Island. We will definitely stay here again!!

Want for NOTHING

Highly recommend this property. Extremely clean. Everything you can imagine from laundry detergent to shampoo and conditioner. Pool toys, pack in play, extra blankets, comfortable beds and plenty of space. Nothing has gone unnoticed at this property. Gift baskets upon arrival was also a very nice touch. Nice gym, pool, and rec area. Very quite and beautiful location. Close to main attractions. You will not be disappointed. Thank you!

Ideal location for Marco Island visitors

Milly’s property is exactly as pictured and well maintained. The cleaning fee is high for a reason and well worth it. The property was clean and fresh smelling and offered plenty of linens/towels. We enjoyed the clubhouse pool in the late afternoon after leaving the beach. We even had an unexpected injury and appreciated the use of the first aid kit without having to run to the store when someone is in pain. Milly is quite the hostess. She provided extra special birthday decorations and a nice bottle of wine to kick off the celebration. We would definitely stay here again due to the quite neighborhood and nice accommodations. No surprises... you won’t be disappointed..

Fun in Naples

Milli was very helpful and the property was clean and tidy. The pool and gym are well maintained and very nice. Clean, quiet neighborhood. A little far from the downtown shopping and dining, around 18 minutes by car in moderate traffic.

Gorgeous VRBO in Gated Community

We had the best time at this vrbo! It was absolutely a beautiful townhome with a gorgeous pool...our kids had a blast at the pool! The owner was wonderful to work with and even bought stuff for our kids. We were going to rent a pack n play and booster chair for our baby and she got that plus more (swim floatie for pool, walker which baby loved, etc). She also had toys for older kiddos for pool and beach and left goodies for them! The beds were comfy and the master bathroom was gorgeous! We would definitely stay here again if we visit Naples again in the future!
