Very peaceful location with memorable sunrise views each morning. Assuming there is snow, access to the trail in your front yard, exterior deck overlooks the slopes. Ski Gear storage entry. We ended up not staying here bc we wanted a wood or gas fireplace and this one advertises a wood fireplace but there is not. It is an LED UGLY fireplace. Worst thing they could have done to the place. The pictures shown are not updated at all and are several years old so who knows what is actually facts or not. Thankfully they let us switch rentals to a different place once this problem was brought up.

The property was listed as having a fireplace, but it did not, it had an LED screen where the fireplace should have been. Casago management knew that the listing is misleading. The reviews on the VRBO website positively mention that fire wood for the wood burning fireplace was conveniently located nearby. Because the unit does not have a fireplace it means the reviews are fake
Property was as described. Great location. Comfortable accommodations. Plenty of space for our crew. Kitchen had all we needed to cook in house. Firewood nearby was a plus for the wood burning fireplace. Have stayed at powderridge for years. Was great to be back.

We stayed at this property over the new year holiday and found, other than the master shower door not closing, the condo was clean and well kept. This ski-in/out location requires walking through approx 100 yard long parking lot but then you are at powderridge lift. Pretty convenient but be aware the smaller number units are closer than larger number units (like this one). The low rating comes from NO WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE which contradicts VRBO description and photos. According to the visitor log, this was switched out to electric sometime after 2022. The value for this property without the fireplace did not match what we paid but I have yet to hear back from Casago who is the third party property manager. Very disappointed with them and with VRBO.

Loved this cozy condo. Everything was very clean - as pictured. Comfy beds, updated bathrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped. This was a great location in proximity to the mountain - just a quick walk to the slopes and a quick drive to the village. It made management of little skiers - much easier! Would definitely stay again!

This was our first time at Snowshoe and we had a great trip. The home was clean and quiet and super convenient for skiers. We loved the entrance to store the equipment. We stayed in for all our meals and used the kitchen extensively. We wish the pillows were better so we’ll being our own next time. Overall we had a great time and plan/hope to stay here again. Wonderful property with gorgeous views and excellent ski in/ out access from powder ridge. Close to silver creek and short walk to village. Close heated bus stop as well. Well stocked home with newer features, spacious ski mud room and great deck. Very comfortable and clean and well maintained. Pictures online don’t do the property justice - very very nice. Realty company and house keeping staff were all very friendly and very helpful. Great courtesy closet and firewood for stove. Smoothest check in to snowshoe we’ve had in 13 years of renting!
Friends and I had a great time at this property. The kitchen was very spacious and well equipped and met our needs for dining in. Although there wasn’t enough snow to truly “ski out” from the property, there was a snowy path to the slopes a short walk away which was extremely convenient. Nice outdoor deck with a view. Ample parking. Would stay again

We really enjoyed our time here. This condo is a great deal! Lots of space compared to others similarly priced. Really Comfortable beds. I was happy tbe furnishings all felt fresh comfortable and not totally outdated like many units at Snowshoe. I loved the deck which had access from both the living room and master bedroom . The fire place was so nice but bring your own kindling . The WiFi and smart tv worked well. The kitchen was well equipped other than the ice maker doesn’t work and there are no ice trays to make your own ice.
We would definitely book this condo in the summer again.
