Welcome to our family home, built in 1862 and nestled in the heart of 11 hectares of forest. Here, time slows down, nature surrounds you, and calm settles in. It is a true haven of peace, where authenticity meets the sweetness of life.
Ideal for recharging your batteries, this warm house offers all the necessary comfort: A large convivial living room with cantou (traditional fireplace), A fully equipped kitchen, A home cinema area with screen (bring your video projector), 4 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. New bedding for restful nights. Garden furniture with deckchairs invites you to enjoy the outdoors, while the automated underfloor heating ensures a mild temperature all year round (19° to 20°), with wood available in winter. Linen is available for rent: 25 €/set.
Outside, you will sometimes come across our horses who tend the meadows, and our hens in freedom: please respect them. Some useful details:The house is not suitable for children from 2 to 7 years old (presence of terraces and unsecured windows),Pets are welcome with a small supplement, Shops and services in Saint-Privat (5 km) and Darazac, mobile market three times a week, No washing machine on site, but a linen service is available in Argentat.A lively place, in full transformation.
