Jacob was very responsive when I called him and told him that we were all taking 2 showers a day because it was so hot and sweaty outside and he immediately sent a crew over with extra towels for us.

Severe Ant Infestation — Extremely Disappointing Stay!We rented this four-bedroom home for eight family members attending our daughter’s wedding. While the house was spacious and accommodated everyone comfortably, the condition of the property was completely unacceptable.There was a SEVERE ant infestation throughout the kitchen and EVERY bathroom. The kitchen countertops were crawling with ants, making it extremely unpleasant to prepare food or use the space. The problem was especially bad when we returned late Saturday evening.Even worse, my husband discovered ants crawling on his body while using the toilet! He was so horrified that he immediately jumped up and went straight into the shower. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable!The home was also inadequately stocked. The shared bathroom had only one or two towels for four guests. We eventually found additional towels unfolded and mixed with miscellaneous items in a downstairs closet.I notified the host BEFORE leaving the property and provided photographs. His response was that the ants were probably seeking water because of the heat and that housekeeping would address the problem after our departure.This was far more than a minor inconvenience. A vacation rental should be clean, comfortable, and properly maintained. Unfortunately, this property fell well short of those expectations.I would NEVER stay here again and cannot recommend it to others!

A couple of the beds mattresses were firmer than we expected and we needed to add a comforter on top of them to make them a bit more comfortable. It took us awhile to figure out the thermostats but found a YouTube video on how to set them. The house was clean and spacious and the neighborhood was quiet. We spotted a lot of hummingbirds by the house.

My relatives and I were satisfied with the place. The place was clean and spacious. We also appreciate the host, Jacob, because he was very accommodating. If there were issues and requests, he attended to them right away. The only issues we had were minor: squeaky bed and toilet door in the master bedroom (the one with a view of the golf course) and the lack of lights in the dining room and family room. Suggestion: Add more lights in that area. Moreover, a separate bathroom would’ve been better in the master bedroom overlooking the golf course. Nevertheless, I would still give 5 stars regarding this place and its host. Thus, my relatives and I recommend this place to others, especially since the rate of this place is more reasonable compared to the rates of other houses near the area.

Family Event Weekend

This rental home was a godsend! Had a last minute international wedding come up and had to house family from all over in a central location, and this house was absolutely perfect. Huge space, comfortably furnished, clean and stocked, all the amenitites you could ask for, quiet but easily accessible neighborhood, couldn't ask for more! I could go on and on but the most telling thing I could say is that we will definitely be renting this place again in the future, as long as it remains available. Thanks Jacob!

Very nice space and great for a larger group with 2 masters. Bedroom space is great. The outside patio area was a little dirty and the floor through the house left your feet black everyday without shoes. Could use. a few more pillows and some kitchen towels. Overall nice space for a rental. The wine was a nice idea. Great view!!!

We lived in fontana for about 29 years and moved to out of state to Georgia. We will come to CA Every year around the same month this will be a nice stays here. It would be nice if the sofa in the kitchen area was shampooed it was very very dirty on the seating areas. The patio could have been cleaned out for seating. We were not able to use that.

Lovely golf side home.

Quiet neighborhood. Easy parking. Home was nice with 2 lovely master bedrooms and beautiful view of the golf course. The 2 other guest bedrooms were also nice except the beds really squeaked every time you rolled over. Also multiple doors squeaked and woke us up whenever they were opened. Air conditioning was very nice. Kitchen was great for 3-4 cooks at a time. Knives/scissors are dull and hard to use. Otherwise kitchen well supplied with needed items. Large table that fit 7 comfortably. Patio swing outside was also nice, but dirty. There were outside several chairs, but no cushions which would have been lovely to have. Great home.
