Our apartment is perfect for the budget traveler. It's very clean and with about 950 sq. ft. Fully furnished in West LA area, just adjacent to Santa Monica. Brand New Furniture throughout. Functional appliances. Fully equipped kitchen and complete essentials. 2 spacious bedroom with 2 full bathroom. Huge living room and dining area. Parking available upon request. Close to local restaurants & groceries, such as Target, Smart and ?Finals, Ralphs. Wholefoods, Bristol Farms, Erewhon and tons of local eateries to go out to. UCLA and Ronald Reagan Hospital is just few minutes drive, SMC and St. John's Hospital is also very close. 3rd Street Promenade is just minutes away. Santa Monica Pier/Silicon Beach is just minutes away. Famous Venice Boardwalk is just few miles away. Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills are few minutes drive as well.

Great place to stay!!

This place is fantastic!! Whether traveling for work or spending a long weekend in LA with friends, this apartment is a great home base. There is ample room, and it's super clean. I'd 100% stay here again!

Excellent property in a convenient location

After finishing up our ~4 month stay, we really couldn't be happier with the property, the location, and the property manager. 2 nicely sized bedrooms (1 queen bed in each). 2 bathrooms (1 with a shower, 1 with a bath). Nicely appointed kitchen. Comfortable living room with a smart TV. Good wifi. 1 assigned parking space and walking distance to metro. Overall I couldn't be happier -- especially for the price -- and would recommend to anyone.

Exactly what we needed -- lovely property, perfect location

My wife and I (plus two cats) originally booked for about 45 days then extended for another ~3 months. The home is lovely (some small variations in furniture compared to the pictures, but if anything I'd say that the current furniture is nicer. Very roomy. The two bedrooms each have a bathroom (one with shower, one with a bath tub). Because they are separated from each other by the living room, they feel like distinct areas. Each bed room has a sizeable closer, a queen bed, and a desk w chair. The kitchen is VERY well-equipped. We were impressed by the mix of silverware, plates, glasses, etc., plus lots of cooking equipment and appliances. Unit has an air conditioner and a smart TV. Very fast (like ~500 mb/s fast) wifi. Building is quiet; you can hear the street a little but not bad. Location is great. Includes a parking spot, street parking is easy, and the walk to metro is nice. Good number of restaurants/bars/coffee/grocery within a few minute walk. Overall a wonderful experience.
