You'll be definitely attracted by this converted winegrower's house tastefully restored preserving old pieces (exposed beams, ornamental fireplace made of stone). Ground floor: large living room opening onto terrace (kitchen / dining / lounge areas, wood-burning stove), corridor, laundry room, WC, utility room. 1st floor: corridor, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds) (double bed), shower room/WC. Large terrace with garden furniture, outside settee, deckchairs, barbecue, private garden (lawn), above-ground swimming pool shared with owners (8 X4 X1.45, accessed in higt season), six-seating hot tub (accessed from May, with extra charge), play area, shared grounds.
