Poolside Cottage 59 - Halekulani Cottage steps away from pool and beach

Halekulani Poolside cottage is available for rent at The Cottages at Jekyll Island. Offers 3 bedrooms 3.5 baths, two stories with master on the main floor. Open concept floor plan with open kitchen, dining, and living area. The living area and master bedroom are open to a comfy screened porch and paver patio complete with dining seating, gas grill, and a hammock for napping. 2-bedroom suites (QUEEN and TWIN OVER DOUBLE BUNK) with private baths are located on the second floor and both open to a large upper balcony overlooking the pool and views of the ocean. A workstation is available on the upstairs landing. Single car garage has a gas-powered golf cart, 2 adult bikes, and beach chairs. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access and a community fire pit.
**Important:** To access the golf cart, complete the cart use agreement sent via email 10 days before arrival.
2 Parking Spaces - No trailers of any kind allowed.

This cottage is the "Osprey" floor plan and accommodates 7

NO SMOKING NO PETS
If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

THE COTTAGES BEACH ACCESS:
The Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn. You may view all Jekyll Beaches by visiting the Jekyll Island website under the Beaches tab.

Beautiful Home

It was the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway to Jekyll Island! Beautiful home next to the pool and very close to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and towels we plush. My husband and I absolutely loved our stay and we will definitely rent again.

Beautiful Jekyll Island Vacation

Beautiful condo just steps from the pool & beach. Inside was gorgeous, very beachy feel. Everything was clean & seemed brand new. Golf cart was a huge plus for exploring the island! Perfect place for a family vacation. Only downside was the timing of the tides, but we adjusted & used the public beach nearby. GREAT vacation!

Beautiful & spacious

This home was everything it was supposed to be and more. Gorgeous spacious home was perfect for us & our family. Location was perfect! Located in a beautiful & quiet neighborhood right next to the pool with a nice large clubhouse with outdoor tv. Perfect gathering place for our family reunion. This home is highly recommended! We’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Cottage

The cottage we rented is in a beautiful neighborhood of town homes located on the beach. The area includes a very nice pool and clubhouse. Our unit was nicely decorated and well equipped with all necessities including a golf cart for touring the island. Working with the property managers was effortless, and communication was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway in this beautiful cottage.

Spring Break 2024

Very good experience. Accommodations are very nice and everything is as advertised. Downstairs TV has WiFi connection issues and golf cart has short life battery. Layout of the cottage is well done with lots of comfortable furniture. Pool is very nice and gym has plenty of equipment for a vacation place to stay fit. Overall great experience and hope to do it again.

Perfect Island Oasis

Beautiful property! We really enjoyed practically having a pool in the backyard. A wonderful location on Jekyll, close to everything we wanted to do. This all made for a wonderful vacation! My only complaint would be the scratchy sheets in the master bedroom. I wound up sleeping on top of the covers! Easy fix! Thanks for a well-stocked kitchen, too! It was a dream to cook in. Overall, next to perfect vacation. Kellie

Excellent experience

The property was as described. Was very spacious and very clean. Location next to pool was very good but we were a bit disappointed that the pool was not heated. The outside temps were low 70s and the water was very cold. The pool was very nice though. Our only suggestions would be some very basic items in the kitchen such as foil or plastic wrap. In addition many places have seasonings and perhaps some basic items like sugar or cooking oil/Pam spray. We were there for a short three days so we did not have some of these basic items. Also the frying pans could be replaced. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms/showers were very nice. There was also fruit flies but there was an electronic trap for them. We moved kitchen trash to garage and put covers over the sink drains to help minimize. We had an excellent experience and would stay there again.

We have stayed in Cottages at Jekyll twice before and it was perfect. This time was a disappointment It wouldn't unlock when we got there, code had not been changed. Fruit flys in kitchen and bathrooms. Stuff had been put in kitchen to catch them but we're horrible. Bed upstairs terribly uncomfortable and towels so thin you could see thru them.We had loved staying there before but this is a cottage we would not rent again

Awesome Property

This cottage was awesome! It was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was very well stocked with various cooking appliances and utensils. We loved the screened in porch! The location next to the pool and beach access worked great for us with small children. Would definitely recommend this property!!

Visited Jekyll Island for a wedding

Very clean and spacious piece of property. Advertised as is and they were very responsive when we had questions. I would recommend filling out the bike and golf cart waivers, it's a great way to explore the island. Would rather stay at the cottages than in a hotel. We had family staying at the various hotels and they would come over to visit and kept saying they wish they would have rented a cottage instead of being confined to a hotel room. The only complaint is I wish we had stayed a few more days!
