We are a semi retired couple who loved coming up to this area for over 18 years. We came up from Florida to see the leaves change and fell in love with the beauty of this area, so had to own a home. We just love our home. and so do all the people who rent our home year after year. It is soooo gorgeous and soooo special. Most of our renters are part of our family now.
Why Christine Ritter chose Clay County
We fell in love with this town and this subdivision so we hand picked this perfect view and I designed our home so that each bedroom would have its own bathroom. This area is just gorgeous and so perfect. Like a potato chip, you cannot just come up one time, you must do it over and over again. We just love it as do our long time renters. some are like family to us they have been coming back for so many years.
What makes this House unique
The view, the view ,the view, it is incredable. I often go out on our back porch in the middle of the night and look over the lake and at the billions of stars in the sky., it is sooooo relaxing and we are close to everything. We love the small towns and the activities around us too. We are also low on the mountian so we have easy access. We also are on a paved 2 lane road with a circle driveway. So no scary roads. We also have TV's in all bedrooms now too.

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
