About Our Apartment - LP12:
The apartment is located in the community of Las Palmeras, La Manga Club Resort. It is a ground floor apartment, with ample and free same level parking right at the front door. In the spring of 2020, the apartment was refurbished top-to-bottom, offering an elegant and luxurious home-from-home experience in the surroundings of a 5 Star luxury resort. All rooms are beautifully appointed, and come complete with every amenity needed to ensure a luxurious, comfortable, relaxed and wholly enjoyable experience. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, both of which can be set-up as either Double or Twin, making it ideal for two couples or parents with kids… or four individuals if your are not shy! There are two large/spacious bathrooms, one ensuite to a bedroom and one family bathroom, each with both shower and bath. The main living area consists of a beautifully appointed & spacious open-plan lounge/relaxation area c/w large screen smart TV, comfy sofas and seating, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a small office area. Large sliding doors open up to a generously sized private balcony c/w cozy seating area, outside dining space and an in-built BBQ. The apartment has lots of storage throughout, with more than ample wardrobes, drawer sets and cupboards for all your needs.
The apartment has air conditioning throughout, both for cooling and heating, and a working open fireplace if you are felling romantic, thus offering year round access for the summer sun lover, or the sportsperson wishing to avail of the cooler autumn/winter months. With WIFI, High-Speed Broadband, Smart TV (Netflix & Amazon Prime etc) and more TV channels than time to watch (UK, Irish, Scandinavian etc), all your technology, leisure and business needs are catered for..
The large and fully equipped (sun loungers etc) private communal pool is but 1 min. walk away. Surrounded by manicured gardens and backing on to Par 47 pitch & putt course, it is for the exclusive use of the residents of the Las Palmeras community. As the apartment also comes with Sports Rights, residents can avail of sports discounts e.g Golf, Tennis and some of the various other sports on offer.
Whether for sports and activities, or just relaxing in the sun by the pool - the apartment, the community and the resort has it all !

Las Palmeras is a small, friendly and mature community of La Manga Club Resort, consisting of only 30 apartments wrapping around an exclusive communal pool area. Check in was very easy. Communication with property owner has been great and very helpful. Prior to our visit Kyle was keen to help organise discounted rates for golf which was appreciated. Local knowledge and golf from owner was appreciated. Air con in lounge and both bedrooms was a bonus. Recommend and will stay again.

Great apartment in a beautiful neighborhood

Very nice and well equipped apartment! Excellent communication with the owner when needed. The pool is very close and has a lot of sun beds and umbrellas. Only thing we missed is a nice restaurant and some bars.

La Manga break 2025

Check in was fine - with key box next to front door. Kitchen facilities were excellent with the addition of an air fryer which was great. Apartment was spacious for the 2 of us was bright well decorated and modern.A good sized outdoor terrace and was adequately furnished. A short walk to a lovely pool area with lots of sun beds and shade. Within walking distance of restaurant and bars. We had an excellent holiday there.

We really enjoyed our stay. Short walk down to the nice swimming pool. Although centrally located, we ended up hiring a car to get around the resort, as the walk up the hill was a killer! Everything you could need in the apartment and very clean. The a/c was really efficient. Lovely apartment, highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment nestled in the hillside

Beautiful apartment - clean, comfy & well equipped. Everything you could want in a holiday home. Beds were very comfy - air conditioning was a blessing as it was roasting hot! The kitchen was really well equipped. The only thing that would of made it perfect would be a welcome bottle of water in the fridge (as the supermarket was a good 15 min walk away down hill - with a major hill climb back)

Beautiful apartment in quiet area

We stayed at this lovely La manga club apartment for a week. Our host was so helpful before we arrived making sure we could book golf and that the check in process was easy. We also arrived to find some staples such as bread, milk and jam for us which was so welcoming. All the appliances work well and the kitchen has everything you need. You are so close to a lovely pool and the location is perfect.

Fantastic apartment

We stayed for 10 day at this property. From the moment we stepped into the property we were impressed with the quality of the decor and the kindness of the owner Kyle. Throughout the booking process our questions were answered immediately and thoroughly. The apartment is set in a lovely quiet area but within easy reach of restaurants and bars. The swimming pool is around a 1 min walk away with plenty of sun loungers. We will definitely be returning - thank you for allowing us to hire your beautiful property.

Wonderful apartment with all you could want/need for a great stay. Had a slight issue with a sticking front door which after a quick call was sorted very quickly. only downside owner not very responsive to my questions and did not respond when I messaged about the front door. But it was all sorted anyway. Place is lovely and comfortable and has all amenities and is close to tennis centre and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

La Manga

What looked like a great option when we booked unfortunately turned into not such a great experience. Decent layout and master bedroom en suite good. Major issue was the TV which didn’t work on arrival both in lounge and master bedroom. Had to contact owner who was very hard to track down and never actually spoke to him , it was his father who called from Ireland. Anyhow tv engineer came out and issue sort of fixed but no tv in bedroom all week still so not good even though owner offered a good will partial refund . Then this morning took my clothes out of wardrobe and they were covered in dust and dirt where they had been laying! So overall not a very good stay at all and won’t be back unfortunately

Property was perfect. Very clean and equipped with everything and more needed for a holiday. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and the balcony was a perfect place to relax in the shade. The pool was 30 seconds away. Would definitely stay here again.
