The parking area floods really bad when it rains. Making it hard to get out of your vehicle without stepping in at least 5” of water and don’t expect management to offer any help. The manager at Fireside Chalets definitely needs some customer service training.

The pac man game was a hit, balcony with hot tub tv and seating was perfect for relaxing, and kitchen had all utensils and appliances needed. Loved how close to pigeon forge it was but still felt like we were in the mountains.

Very nice cabin but if you’re looking for a remote place this is not it. Overall the place was nice and very close to everything!

Great place for family and friends!

Plenty of room, close to everything we wanted to do while in Pigeon Forge. Quiet and tucked away from the busy part of town. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great property!

This was a really nice getaway for our family. Very clean, well furnished and a great location. Close to all major attractions and shopping. The layout of the house is ideal for large groups with each bedroom on a different level. We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing Time

We had an amazing time, during our stay. We love Tennessee, and visit frequently. This was our first trip as a “whole” family, and the cabin was just perfect for us.

Exactly as described

We spent 4 nights. The cabin was clean, up to date and had nice amenities. We would definitely stay here again. I loved how close it is to the island and restaurants.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice clean cabin with fun little extras. Only negative was one of the pools on property was very dirty and outside porches could have been cleaned a little better.

Christmas with family

Love the hot tub porch area, which had an outdoor fireplace and TV so unexpected but my younger family members loved it so much! Everything was beautifully clean and my entire family felt it was the best vacation experience that we have had in Tennessee!

Very close to Pigeon Forge

Clean and well stocked. Plenty of space for everyone. Three floors all with bedrooms and bathrooms was very nice. Only minutes from Pigeon Forge made it nice to go back and forth.
