The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please be out of the condo by 10:00.Wash ALL TOWELS & Dishes & put them away. When you leave the condo please put all used comforters in the hallway in front of the washer. Turn the thermostat To 72
Put all sheets & pillowcases in the washer & start it. Put all decor/furniture back the way it was when you arrived Take all food from the cabinets and fridge. . Take all your trash to the dumpster.
If the linens and comforters weren’t used please keep those beds made. Turn off all the lights. Leave the curtains & window blinds open. Please leave on the wax cube warmers& add a new wax cube

I am teacher at a Maryland Public School. I love to travel, ride my motorcycle, and hang out with my friends & family. I bought this property for my friends & I to stay for OC bike week. We love to go to our condo to relax in the off season.
Why they chose this property
The property was completely redesigned by me when we bought the property 3 years ago. It is big enough for my entire family (my mom, my 2 brothers & their family, my hubby , my son & I) to stay and be comfortable. We like to go to the events at the convention center, which is right outside our front door. My favorite thing about the condo is the rocking chairs on the balcony. I tend to sit outside, drink a glass of wine/coffee and just look at the water. It is very soothing and therapeutic.
What makes this property unique
When you vacation at my condo, just bring your clothes, toiletries and food. We pretty much have everything for your stay.
