Enjoy sparkling views of the bay from the expanded living and dining room. The gourmet kitchen is smartly designed with plenty of storage, rich granite counters, stainless appliances and beautiful wood cabinetry finished with crown moulding and rope detail.
An open floor plan of living and dining brings a relaxed sense of togetherness whether gathered around for a good movie or at the dining table that seats 4. Additional seating provided at the breakfast bar.
The master bedroom offers a king/size bed with ensuite and wide views of the bay & sunsets nightly. Guest bedroom 1 also has a king bed with full ensuite bath the small 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed that sleeps 2 singles. For convenience, there is laundry in the unit and an updated half-bath.
Moon Bay offers many amenities in this gated property and is the perfect location to walk to restaurants and live music venues. The shared pool is heated and for little ones there is a shallow depth children's pool. Recently renovated tennis courts and game areas with basketball, shuffleboard and other outdoor game opportunities. The recently renovated clubhouse offers additional entertainment options. The clubhouse's rooftop sun deck is a great place to enjoy beautiful sunsets with your favorite adult beverage every evening or morning coffee.
